Chambres justes comme il faut . Lits grande taille et confortable . Salle de bain avec baignoire et douche . Seul petit hic , il y a une bouilloire dans la chambre mais de café ni thé ni tisane. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et très variés. Il y a piscine extérieure et intérieure ouvertes jusqu'à 21h00

Hôtel bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport. Hôtel spacieux et propre . Les chambres sont suffisamment grandes avec une salle de bain (douche et baignoire. Elles ont un balcon très agréable. Petite remarque: il y a une bouilloire mais pas de dosette café, thé ou tisane et c'est dommage. L'hôtel dispose de plusieurs piscines dont une intérieur ainsi qu'une salle de gym. Le petit déjeuner continental est parfait avec beaucoup de choix aussi bien en sucré que salé.

We came in December, during the off-season. The hotel was very inexpensive (315 Euro for 3 nights) and not crowded. Our room was huge - a full kitchen with appliances and a washing machine, dining table, couch (not a comfortable one), amazing balcony, a nice bedroom and two full bathrooms. The kosher food was delicious and plentiful. We got fresh omelets in the morning from Chef Yaakov and made sandwiches for later. Dinner was 35 Euro per person and was a huge buffet with at least 3 proteins, sides and a salad bar. There was even a bowl of fruit and a yummy cake and donuts (for Chanuka). Small random grievances - there is a pipe in the shower that gets scalding hot when the shower is on; don't touch it or you'll burn yourself! I didn't find the couch or the bed especially comfortable, though I did appreciate the extra pillows. Neither of the bathroom doors have locks on them. Despite the festive Christmas display that the Capital Coast Hotel (host hotel) put out, the lobby has a very tired look. Fun bonus: during one of our dinners in the kosher dining room, there was a group of interactive dancers who put on a fun show. I recommend this hotel! I hope to return soon.

Hôtel à première vu très sympa, mais une fois là-bas c’est une catastrophe. Si vous pensez pouvoir joué au tennis comme ils vous les proposé sur la page de l’hôtel oubliez le terrain et tout sauf entretenu, le filet est cassé et la pelouse est laissée à l’abandon, la nourriture n’est vraiment pas top, par conséquence nous avons du être obligé de commender dans la chambre et aucune de nos poubelles n’a été jeter, par ailleurs les couloir ressemblent à ceux qu’on pouvais trouver dans un dortoir de colo, et l’accueil est une fois sur deux agréable. Nous avons eu la vitre de notre salle de bain qui a explosé et quand nous sommes partis leurs en faire part nous n’avons eu que des cris et aucun dédommagement pour tout ca. Personnellement je trouve ca inacceptable vis à vis d’un hôtel de réagir de cette manière étant donné la gravité de la situation. Si je devais donner un point positif à cet hôtel ça serait la piscine qui est vraiment grande et le peux d’activité qu’il propose. En bref si vous voulais des vacances pour vous détendre et qu’on soit au petit soin avec vous ou même un temps soit peut aimable je ne vous recommende pas cet hôtel qui sur papier a l’aire très bien mais en vrai ce n’ai pas le cas.

Amazing stay! We couldn't have asked for more... the rooms spotless and comfy, the food delicious, the entertainment shows were brilliant but honestly the best thing about this hotel is the staff.. incredible service! See you soon olympic lagoon!

Hotel room and staff lovely BUT the sub let kosher section in the basement was below average. In 7 days they only once put out cut up fruit. No humus at all til the Israelis arrived 5 days later. The chef / dining room REFUSED to make anything for my daughter who is gluten free. On Shavuot night all she could eat was sliced mozzarella and chips. She’s not super sensitive I explained and it was lucky I took GF bread, cake, pasta, saucepan and sieve. The chef even refused to make plain rice or potato. I would NOT ADVISE anybody with a food intolerance to go here as they are completely unaccommodating and the quality of the rest of the food depends very much on how many people are booked in to stay.

Just completed a Pesach stay at the blue lagoon, the Hotel was full to capacity, there were issues with getting clean towels , because they were sent off in the morning for laundering and not always replaced till Later in the afternoon/evening!! The hotel is a little tired , rooms and suites large and great for families, The staff were very friendly and patient especially with some of the more challenging guests :) The pool area was clean , plenty of sun beds , The food was good, plentiful, and fresh Definitely would stay here again with my family .

The staff were very helpful big shoutout to the chef as I’m gluten free and took me round every night what I couldn’t eat food good capital coast . The trip was quite expensive and would expect a. Better mainted hotel
