2nd visit to this hotel. Not perfect last year but significant room for improvement this year. On the positive side food at beach bar lovely on occasion slow service but this did improve. Lovely location on the sea front. Room with side sea view had tiny balcony and room definitely needs updated. Friends in seaview room was much nicer and had been updated. The main negatives lots of outside space to sit in the evening but very rarely open - don’t go on holiday to sit in a dated hotel reception. Lovely terrace with beautiful views but could only sit there for an hour on the day we left. Every other hotel has their area like this open. Agree with comments about some reception staff very grumpy. Be aware if you arrive after 9.30 there will be no access to food even room service. Told we could only take drinks from bar to room in paper cups .Service did improve over the week but wonder if that is because I complained. This hotel has so much to offer if they had the correct management team ( not visible at all ) and enough staff.

Had a lovely family holiday with son/daughter in law and baby as well as extended family. We have been to this hotel before and enjoyed our stay. This time around was a bit disappointing . Rooms are needing an upgrade and some facilities weren’t open or opened late / closed early due to local Easter weekend. On the whole the staff are great friendly and helpful with the exception of one grumpy receptionist and bar tender. Staff in restaurant/ breakfast area are lovely and particularly good with older customers and small children. Pool bar food is great and would have been nice if available in outside areas for longer as it closed early .

Breakfast ok staff on front desk unfriendly definitely not a beach resort beach stoney and small would avoid going all inclusive from what other guests have said about evening meal bland is the word once we found our bearings tea for two and the tex mex good eating places . Gym wants an update old machines evening entertainment poor .Wanted to keep room for last day as our flight wasn’t till evening 35 euros which was fair enough but we couldn’t as it was needed so where told we could have 003 room for 50 euros which we wouldn’t pay as couldn’t work out why that was 50 and to keep room was only 35 euros. Only good things where pool area and staff at breakfast and the staff in beach bar especially the young man Flex who stood out

Been going to the hotel over the past couple of years. The staff in general are very friendly , the food is good and there is a large variety of food. The rooms , however need an urgent renovation as the hotel is showing signs of aging. The sofa beds are not comfortable at all . The price of the drinks at the bar are on the expensive side . Keeping in mind that around the hotel , new hotels are built so management should look at improving the negatives. Thumbs up for the ladies at the breakfast lounge.

4 star it is not pity people who pay 5 star if this is a correct rating. Reception staff ok but first impressions etc. One recepeptionist, i think in wrong job as not very approachable. Not sure she likes tourists. Bedrooms very 70,s .scratches on main cabinet top where fridge and tv lived. Remote batteries held in with black electrical tape. Gym equipment old and told have to sit on towels whilst using weight machines etc. Spa good but over expensive far cheaper in england. Don,t go all inclusive as from what we saw not varied boring and bland. Main evening dining had food nights but atmosphere like that of an elderly coach trip. Beach small and very very rocky.Red flag showing all the time at life gaurd station. Not much good for children. Best part bar staff especially Flax and Anna could have a laugh with either one of them. Nearest restarants start walking up into paphos or 40 mins walk along the front into Paphos. I won,t be coming back . Unless i am about 70ish to blend in

This hotel is the most welcoming. The hotel staff are super efficient, polite and helpful. Marina is the face of this hotel. She can't do enough for you and always welcomes you with a smiling face. We can't wait to come back again in October as this will be our 12th year. Well done guys

Mooie ligging met veld om zwembad met veel groen en ruim voldoende de bedden voor iedereen. Lekker zwembad. Kamers zijn prima, gedateerd maar alles schoon en verzorgd. Goed eten, vriendelijke bediening, Min puntje is lokatie van het diner . Wij hebben all inclusive geboekt, maar het restaurant waar het diner ‘‘s avonds geserveerd wordt is niet zoals aangegeven op de foto’s en omschrijving. Italiaanse restaurant en bbq is er niet. Eten wat betreft kwaliteit goed, maar wordt in geserveerd in een sfeerloos restaurant zonder ramen en met te veel licht. Van diner hebben we daarom geen gebruik gemaakt. Middag snack ook erg goed. Leuke buiten bar.
