Hotel très propre, calme et posé. Repas très bons à thèmes. Accueil chaleureux à tous au petit déjeuner par Marina. A 3kms a pied du port et site archéologique ou en bus près de l'hôtel. Changement de bus pour le Vieux centre ville près du Port.

Dieses Hotel hat meines erachtens keine 4 Sterne verdient. Der Kühlschrank war immer leer und es hatte die ersten 2 Tage jeweils nur 1 kleine Flasche Wasser. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption sollte 1 kleine Flasche Wasser für 2 Personen reichen. Ab dem 3. Tag gab es keine Wasserflasche mehr im Zimmer, man musste es bei der Hotelbar kaufen. Hygieneartikel wie Duschmittel, Shampoo wurden nicht täglich aufgefüllt, wenn es keine mehr hatte. Die Kopfkissen waren zum Teil schmuddelig und wurden bei der Zimmerreinigung mehrmals vertauscht. Die Strandtücher des Hotels waren auch zum Teil befleckt und durfte man nur alle 2 Tage abgeben um ein neues zu bekommen. Zudem funktionierte das Telefon im Zimmer nicht. Das Hotel-Restaurant schliesste abends jeweils um 21:30 Uhr was wir als sehr früh empfanden. Der Roomservice konnte man auch nur bis 21:30 nutzen. Das Personal empfanden wir eher als demotiviert. Sie schwatzten lieber zusammen als uns freundlich zu begrüssen und wenn man etwas fragte, antworteten sie eher genervt. Der Hotelpool schaut auf den Bildern grösser aus als es eigentlich ist. Für mich definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel und würde es nicht weiter empfehlen. Da gibt es auf jeden Fall bessere Hotels in dieser Preis-und Hotelkategorie in Paphos.

Just back from a week half board basis and what a lovely stay..we had room 501 and what a beautiful room with a sea view..food was lovely and varied..can't understand why anyone would say different.. about a 35min walk along the beautiful prom to the harbour area..hotel spotless clean and the staff exceptionally friendly.would defiantly recommended staying here

The rooms were comfortable and the lady who cleaned it ( I didn't get her name ) was so amazing , she kept our room spotless ( room 403 ) . The staff were all welcoming , helpful and happy . The restaurant staff especially Marina and Anna were lovely and the bar staff George, Demetrius and Flex were too . I cant say enough about this hotel going back next May .

Hotel is very comfortable, excellent location, beach bar is wonderful as you get the sea breeze during the heat of the day, food is good, staff are fabulous. Marina is her usual cheerful self, an asset to the Hotel, Tony is fab as ever Going back in December and looking forward to it already

jet 2 where fantastic but avoid the Aquamare or the Nightmare as its now referred to The plus side was the hotel was very nice & clean, most of the staff were very pleasant, especially Marina. Now the bad points! Aquamare beach & spa The hotel certainly wasn't a beach resort as there wasn't a beach, just a scaggy piece of sand on the opposite side of the coastal path. i'm so glad we only paid for B & B as the food was barely edible from mouldy bread to extremely poor selection. We had breakfast the first 2 mornings as we were a 45 minute walk from the town centre, the 3rd morning I got a taxi to collect a McDonalds breakfast to bring back to the hotel for my family, i was stopped rudely by the reception staff & was told that no deliveries were allowed to the hotel to which i stated it wasn't a delivery & id collected it. she wouldn't allow me take the food upstairs. I had no alternative but to go to my rooms to collect my wife & children, we then had to eat it on the pavement outside the hotel!!!! We paid an additional cost for superior rooms but barely had a view of the sea There are far better hotels on the road leading to the town centre than this!

2nd visit to this hotel. Not perfect last year but significant room for improvement this year. On the positive side food at beach bar lovely on occasion slow service but this did improve. Lovely location on the sea front. Room with side sea view had tiny balcony and room definitely needs updated. Friends in seaview room was much nicer and had been updated. The main negatives lots of outside space to sit in the evening but very rarely open - don’t go on holiday to sit in a dated hotel reception. Lovely terrace with beautiful views but could only sit there for an hour on the day we left. Every other hotel has their area like this open. Agree with comments about some reception staff very grumpy. Be aware if you arrive after 9.30 there will be no access to food even room service. Told we could only take drinks from bar to room in paper cups .Service did improve over the week but wonder if that is because I complained. This hotel has so much to offer if they had the correct management team ( not visible at all ) and enough staff.
