Appartement is gehorig. Onze vakante is verziekt. We zijn eerder naar huis gegaan.

Great hotel, we stayed in a standard studio which was spacious and very clean. Our board was bed and breakfast and there was plenty of choice in the restaurant which was well organised. Snack bar was also great with plenty of choice. Restaurants, pool area and the grounds of the hotel were also very clean and well maintained. Also well worth trying the restaurant called Divine Breeze on site which is lovely. The thing that made our holiday though was the quality of the service given at Kefalos Beach Tourist Village. We have stayed at more modern hotels but have to say that the service provided at this hotel was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is better than anywhere else we have stayed. We only had one issue while staying there when our aircon stopped working. Within an hour we had a portable unit and within 24 hours a completely new unit had been fitted with no inconvenience to us. Thank you to the management and staff at Kefalos Beach for providing an excellent base for our stay in Paphos and for your hard work and friendliness throughout.

All inclusive guests. The word Beach in the resort title is stretching things. Pro's Probably the best position in Paphos Room 628 was very nice, had the best sea views at the resort? Staff all very pleasant. Food was OK. Dinner in the Divine restaurant one evening and that was very very nice, although empty. Plenty of good bars and restaurants within walking distance. Cons Our room door was left open twice by the maids, once can happen maybe but twice was unacceptable, reported to reception and left do no disturb sign out after it, so didn't get room service for the last few days. Paphos itself is very tied. Prices were in line with the UK which we thought a bit steep. Whilst we enjoyed our stay we wont be rushing back, but if its Paphos you want this is probably your best option.

We arrived on the 5th May, on arrival we had to wait 30-40 minutes before our room was ready. On check in we had to take our own luggage to the room NO HELP WAS THE HOTEL we had to lug our cases up 20 steps. Our partial sea view was a wall, and to the right a car park, to the left a small view of the sea. The rooms where large, but no comfortable seating just plastic chair just all around the out of the hotel. Rooms clean to a high standard. Beautiful pool, too many chairs for comfort. Not fit for the elderly. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is not for you. Brollies on the beach give limited shade. COFFEE DIABOLICAL - Bring your own.

It usually one for writing reviews but this is an exception. We had a family wedding and it was made so easy to enjoy by the superbly managed hotel. the staff were absolutely marvellous in every way helping to make the occasion a success. Fully recommend this hotel for any wedding couples looking for the perfect location. Many thanks to the hotel!

We came to Kefalos Beach for our wedding in May 2024. All the staff have been excellent to us, very accommodating and supportive not just with the wedding but also with my husband who had injured his back the day before the wedding. Our family and friends who stayed at Kefalos had really enjoyed their stay too, it gave us time together but also time away as all had their own apartments. The food selection is varied in the evening and there are various beaches and attractions that are walking distance and accessible. There are lots of restaurants and bakeries nearby which makes it the ideal place to stay.

Honestly, I can't understand why it gets good reviews... I suppose if you were out in one of their refurbished rooms or the ones overlooking the sea... maybe, but most people won't be getting those... Staff is a bit blunt, some friendlier than others, usually the young workers at the reception desk. Unfortunately, I left one item and they claimed they couldn't find it, even though I called the day after I checked-out. WIFI seems fine and you have the beach promenade along the front of the hotel, which is lovely! Location is great, I would say, as you can walk to many amenities, restaurants, bars, supermarkets (although Lidl doesn't stock itself as in the UK), the mall, the town. Worse part of the hotel is how noisy it is... (you can hear people on the resort talking, you can hear your neighbour, a nightmare!) and how ugly the kitchenettes are and useless by the way... as there is barely any tool in there... Also, the breakfast room, which was large, offered low standard food and extremely bad coffee (even at the pool bar, their coffee was appalling). I really dislike the people at the entrance of the breakfast room leading you to a seat.

Generally a nice experience. Room was great and cleaned regularly. What generally ruined the experience was the food selection available for kids. The "Kids Buffet" area contained only Condiments for the entire week we were there. Having an Autistic Child who is a fussy eater I was expecting the usual kid friendly menu. Unfortunately this was not the case, Chips were really the only thing we could get him to eat and these were not available at the buffet regularly. After being told we could could request something from the waiting staff, we did ask, were told it was not an option and the waiter didn't bother coming back after checking with a college. We left the buffet to eat in the pool bar (at an extra charge) at which point a manager over heard our issues and offered to get something, but at this point my child was upset and the situation had become to much for him.
