Everyone was great.
We could't ask for better.
We travelled for over 50 years to the finest places and this is up there with best.
we have never had a hotel that had a vehicle to use to go somewhere for free.
Expensive but worth every penny.

The View Lugano seems to divide the "review minds" somewhat... Our experience was very good throughout. Of course, arriving in the underground car park is not incredibly charming, but at least it is dry and practical, and Marco more than made up for that with his friendliness. Of course everything is very stylish, but you can see that on the website. It's also nothing new that the bathroom is open plan, you can see that too... so it shouldn't be criticized. We really liked the room and there was no fault in the cleanliness. The nicely furnished balcony and the wonderful view are beautiful. The fitness area and swimming pool are easy to use. Breakfast was included in our room price and very appealing. The free provision of the E-Smarts was great. Kamilla was also very charming!!! She responded very competently to our email about restaurants and sent us to excellent locations for three evenings. Competent and then so charming in conversation... what more could you need. Giacomo is also a very friendly employee. We will definitely come back.

Lovely suite shared with my partner on a dream weekend! Gorgeous room and amazing lake view. The SPA is beautiful and the services offered are excellent and very efficient. In fact, the hotel offers free pedal-assisted and electric Smart bike service. You will not regret it!
