Hotels Near Villa Serenity in Paralimni

I went with some friends to these apartments and we are very happy with our stay. The staff were very helpful. And the apartments were closed to beautiful beaches. The apartments were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment to others travelling to Cyprus.

This hotel is completely renovated, everything is new, and super clean against coronovirus issues. The hotel is situated only 3 minutes walk from the beach. Is also withing walking distance of 10 minutes from the Protaras center where are many restaurants, pubs and clubs. Is also 3 minutes away from the Protaras wooden path which is constructed right by the seashore. The staff is super friendly and the owner and the manager are at all times available to talk with you. They are very extremely friendly and they do their best to help you. Great service.

It’s the third time we have stayed at the evalena & unfortunately after the last 2 visits we have decided to try a different hotel next yr - the food choice isn’t what it was on our first visit & seemed to be catered more towards other nationalities on our recent visit & it wasn’t as warm as it possibly could be but I don’t know whether that was due to the time we had breakfast - I think the hotel needs to look into people walking in off the street to use the pool & Sunbeds as on our last trip at least 20 people did this even from the point of someone arriving in a quad buggy & staying the whole day taking space from other guests !! - the hotel is lovely with great views but little things like mentioned could improve it ( the plus point was no reserving Sunbeds before 8.30 which is a fab idea compared to how it used to be & it’s a shame a lot of staff have changed as it feels less friendly & we missed the family feel we felt it had last year but it’s good to see illias is still there great barman - the omelette chef is still there as well he’s a great friendly staff member too ) - hopefully this review helps .

Don’t be put off by negative reviews. We stayed here from 13th July for 4 nights and the only thing we can fault is the room not being cleaned. The room itself was very spacious and modern, we requested a pool view on booking and got one. The only negative thing we have to say is that the room didn’t get cleaned the whole time we were there but when we asked for fresh towels and bin bags there was no issue in getting them. The food and drinks here are reasonably priced and the portion sizes are big. The area that the hotel is in is a quiet area about 4 minute walk to Ayia Napa square which we found nice as you weren’t amongst the hustle and bustle constantly. The bar and housekeeping staff were amazing and very accommodating.

We recently stayed at this beautiful property! WOW! The rooms are perfect and the staff are all so friendly and kind, the food is delicious and we had a wonderful peaceful holiday in a stunning location! The view from our rooms was stunning - directly overlooking the crystal clear blue sea, like a scene from a movie! It was just so beautiful! Absolute heaven! The rooms are lovely, think marble side tables and dressing tables, beautiful walk in shower room of the best quality and crisp clean white linen, highest quality beds that were huge - seriously huge, Mahoosive! Complete with electric blinds to black out the room if required, great air con, a mini bar and high quality soaps and shower gels, room service - everything you could need and more - even the turn down service was perfectly performed every evening with little chocolates left for that late night sneaky treat! The service staff and cleaners were lovely, they really do care and absolutely every member of this little bit of paradise wants you to have the best possible holiday that you can! our rooms were spotlessly cleaned every single day! The hotel is based directly by the beach with shops bars and restaurants around not that you will need them - the onsite restaurants are full of the very best quality food prepared by high quality chefs, nothing is too much trouble! Breakfast is an absolute feast, you can pretty much have what you want fresh fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cooked full English, breads, pastries cereals an egg chef, literally whatever you can think of - they have it! There are buffet nights, a stunning fish restaurant by the beach, an a la carte option , a grill for lovely Souvlaki and kebabs, Salads or burgers etc - so much choice, The restaurants in this hotel will not disappoint they are lovely and the food quality is excellent, the staff are just so incredibly friendly and kind! The Fishermans hut is superb, i'm not keen on fish but the rest of the family are - no problem they just got me what I preferred - nothing was too much trouble! There are Greek nights and Cypriot nights with wonderful singers and entertainment. We were on full board but the prices were extremely reasonable - I would recommend very highly at least going on half board or you will miss out! The food is Lush! The onsite shop is extremely reasonably priced, lots of trinkets and gifts/clothing to browse and indulge in! We did not try the spa but others told us it was excellent! The location is directly, and I do mean directly, on the beach! You step off of your Sunbed onto a powder sand beach and walk a few short steps to the calmest, warmest sea ever - this hotel is based in one of the most beautiful locations on earth! We have been to Cyprus many times before but this really is something else - the Grecian bay is on another level all together! It was our second trip to this great hotel. We have been here also two years ago, and we are just as happy now as then. Its the small details that makes this one stand out for the rest. Its difficult to sum them up but some: - permanent sun beds, no towel-mafia - everyone at staff, no exceptions, are superfriendly and do their outmost to make our trip to be the greatest. I am amazed that they manage to be so friendly; and also so late in the season. They are really great; from the janitor, the cleaner, the waitress, the receptionist, the boss....everyone. Everyone you meet is nice. - small details; great food at breakfast, cleanlyness everywhere, two times cleaning/check of your room to make sure you have everything you need, cold towels and fruit being delivered at sunbed, some surprises delivered at our room. They also make large effort to please you with seating at breakfast and other meals. - great beach close to sunbeds/hotel. We think the beach is the best part of the beaches of Ayia Napa. - quiet. you will relax here. I would say its a grown up hotel, and children will have a better time at other hotels. But if you want activities there are some close by at the beaches (water activities). At the hotel there are tennis and bikes (to rent) Everyone can be better and since we had some young adults with us (21, 24 og 25 years old) we would have loved a real table of pool (the one that is there is for children, and was guite faulty). Maybe also a gaming machine in a corner with a sofa for social gaming when sun down. But this is very minor points, we could walk to city to these things. We are pretty sure we will return again, and look forward to that!

This is our third year that we book vacations with this hotel.In general we are satisfied with the accomodation and and the facilities that the hotel provides.Stuff is professional and kind.Breakfast has a variety of stuff for all tastes, although pastries are not the best quality.Food of the main restaurant (antaeus) is very good and tasty.One of the disadvantages of the hotel are the rooms, some rooms are not renovated so this is a thing that it can be improved.Finally the best thing in this hotel is the pool of course, it is quite big and there are enough sunbeds around the pool.
