La habitacion es "comoda", espaciosa, el colchon kingsize es lindo pero se le nota ya el "hundido" de tanto uso. Almohadas bien pero tuvimos q pedir 2 mas. Cuenta con frigobar y tenes solo 4 botellas de agua a $2.700 c/u. No hay pava electrica ni nada de cortesia. No hay amenities de baño, solo acond, shampoo y jabon chiquito (2). No hay batas (las tenes q ir a buscar al spa) El spa Zen es muy bueno, atencion increible y masajes excelentes. La instalaciones no son buenas, la ducha escocesa un desastre y la sala de relax tmb. Un tecito en vaso de telgopor de cortesia. Para llegar a la pileta climatizada es un laberinto. La misma esta "bien" pero no esta ni ambientada, paredes llenas de humedad y hongos y 0 musica de relajacion. El desayuno buffet es "limitado" muy poca variedad y la panificacion es mala. El exprimido de naranja era artificial y fiambres solo jamon y queso. La atencion en recepcion es "buena" pero dista mucho de un 5 estrellas. Nadie te indica nada. Si tendria q volver seria por las vistas que tiene al rio y porq esta ubicado perfecto. Caminando llegas a todos lados y tiene el ****** pegado. Pero no elegiria volver ya q por el precio no lo vale a la experiencia q pasamos.

El hotel - tiene su valor por las vistas desde las habitaciones - pero necesita una puesta en forma urgente, tapizados viejos, pileta climatizada con humedades y casi insoportable el calor :nadie controla la graduacion del agua, COMEDOR inexistenta casi solo cinco platos , estaba vacio , salvo un camarero, regulat atención del personal y para completarla en el desayuno del dia de salida , que si se informa que es hasta las 10,30 , se supone que antes de esa hora se entra y se puede estar unos minutos mas ....solo eramos tres personas desayunando , si bien el desayuno es muy completo, a las 10,30 ...sin siquiera advertinos , levantaron todo ....una falta de cortesia total ... y asi muchos detalles por ser de una cadena famosa de hoteles ...no le doy mas de tres estrellas

O hotel em si deixa muito a desejar! Nosso quarto estava com cheiro de peixe! O atendimento muito bom! Camas extremamente pequenas mas rouparia boa! Muito caro pelo que o hotel oferece! Não recomendamos e não voltaríamos! Restaurante bom, mas com poucas opções! Bebidas com opções aceitáveis!

Ideal Familias en vacaciones de invierno. Hacen actividad recreativa para chicos, la comida siempre es buena,la pileta climatizada no estaba llena de gente y lo mejor de todo fue el masaje descontracturante que me hizo Celeste. Mis felicitaciones por tan buena profesional… cambiaron mi estadía. Volveré pronto por eso. Gracias

Es un excelente hotel en una ubicación extraordinaria. Acceso al ****** y piscinas (interna y externa solo en verano). Muy buen centro de SPA. Se puede caminar por la zona para salir a comer, etc, con total seguridad. Paseos muy próximos a la costanera y al parque.

Muy buena atención . Las habitaciones no tienen Black out por lo q es difícil dormir hasta tarde o un siesta, Al baño le falta manutención y cambiar l Cortina por mampara. Nos quedamos un día a cenar y la comida no fue muy buena, quizás no elegimos bien . El cuarto no tiene reloj ni cafetera ni tetera, Buena la limpieza .

Muy buena atencion de todo el personal en todo momento, particularidad que suma a una excelente estadia. Adundante y exquisito desayuno y buen menu de comidas Un jardin junto a la piscina externa que llama a disfrutar un verdadero descanso fisico y mental. Piscina interna muy limpia y con temperatura perfecta La vista al rio desde la habitacion, imperdible !!!

Contratamos en hotel con la fiesta de fin de año incluìda. Muy buena experiencia, el lugar està impecable, el personal es muy amable, la atenciòn en el Spa de primera. El desayuno, muy completo con variedad para todos los gustos. Faltan a mi entender juegos para niños y adolescentes, tipo metegol, ping pong, pool, etc. no hay cancha para hacer ningùn deporte. Sòlo un par de inflables "desinflados" El servicio y show que se brindò en la noche del 31 de diciembre fue muy bueno.
