The hotel was great, had a wonderful time. The breakfast at the last two days was not organized well as the weekend. The staff weren’t prepared.

The hotel is super clean and new. All the staffs are friendly and also gym area was so nice. Breakfast was great too.

+ New Hotel means new Amenities + Cleaning Staff were all well trained + Security Personels were polite and very accommodating + Great breakfast! I could compare it to Diamond Hotel’s Breakfast Buffet - Long lines for both check in and check out counters - Rooms are a bit small The hotel is giving me that Marriott Iloilo vibes.

The room we stayed at is very compact but clean and has comfy beddings. The pool is great for kids and families but I would say it is small considering the hotel is claimed as the biggest hotel. Food and service is great, everyone is courteous. Wil definitely go back.

One of best hotels I've stayed at. Property is beautiful and staff are extremely nice. Will definitely come again as the location is very good.

it was a very nice stay... hindi lang namin na check ung pool dahil pagod na, at the room we stay we can see out neighbors (okada and kingsford) super lapit din sa SM MOA AT AIRPORT! the place was perfect ! we booked the queen superior with view, maybe next time they can add a haircomb (disposable) nakalimutan ko akin then nag hanap ako wala and also they can also add robe but over all it was a great stay! the breakfast buffet also was fantastic!!!!

🫡The services a Topnotch...🤩🫡 from junior queen suite need to upgrade to executive room for the nice view and comfortably room.... A big salute 🫡 to the room cleaner's 👏 our room is spotless

Very spacious and clean. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. As for the food not so tasty, too expensive for the quality, not worth the price. The hotel itself, I recommend it’s nice and very relaxing.

terrible construction noise from 9 to 5 pm, unsleepable at that time. very unpleasant waking up

The noise on occasion was annoying due to continued hotel construction. Manager assured it would stop at 8pm but construction was active even after 12am… had to request for it to stop 3 times! Moved to another room which was better(don’t know why she gave me that room to begin with) That said… it’s a nice hotel !
