Fiz a reserva para quarto com piscina, mas - misteriosamente - ficamos em um quarto simples, mesmo pagando mais caro; o quarto ficou um dia sem ser arrumado, não sei se por “desorganização” ou “falta de colaboradores”; o café da manhã muito bom; a piscina com muita areia no fundo; uma mulher que atende no bar com a “cara amarrada”; bebidas geladas; pratos de tamanho reduzido; cama grande e confortável; ar condicionado fraco! No geral o Hotel foi razoável, podendo melhorar bastante.

Lugar lindo, não muito afastado do centro histórico, piscina e bangalôs lindos, a princípio digno de boas notas. Porém fiquei frustradíssimo com a falta de internet no quarto. Na área do bar funciona, mas no quarto que é onde mais importa, não pega mais do que 1mbp/s. Isso em horário que o hotel está mais vazio, pois no horário de pico absolutamente nada de navegação. E o pior de tudo é que em todo o hotel não pega sinal de 4G de nenhuma operadora. Me hospedei num feriadão chuvoso, já chateado com a situação climática, piora infinitamente nem poder assistir um streaming, já que não dá pra aproveitar lá fora. É de estressar demais. Tentei contato na recepção e eles parecem não poder fazer nada, dizem apenas que vão falar com o técnico e só.

Caro pelo que oferece, pode ser pela data que fui ( alta temporada) mas não vale o que cobrou, quarto extremamente simples... Porém fui super bem atendido, excelentes camareiras sempre sorrindo, bartenders, garçons sempre dispostos a ajudar da melhor forma possível .. ótimo café da manhã... Foram 3 dias deliciosos em Paraty..

A fuir hôtel en dessous de tout le personnel a la réception pas un bonjour pas un merci elles chantent pendant le chéri out. Les chambres sont minables pas de petite lumière on se croirait dans une caserne. Personne ne parle un mot d'anglais. Prenez vos jambes à votre cou et évitez cet hôtel qui plus est est très loin du centre très mauvaise expérience

Pior hotel que já fiquei! Eu e minha tia passamos mal depois de comer uma comida do café da manhã e na madrugada quando decidimos ir para o hospital, só havia um funcionário na recepção e ele era novato, não sabia nos informar nenhuma informação de motorista. Além disto: * Não tinha nenhum segurança. * O quarto era um pouco sujo. * Música alta até tarde. * Demora na resposta agora quando estou atrás do meu reembolso pelo os dias que fiquei mal e perdi o evento que eu fui pra Paraty, a Flip. Graças a infecção alimentar perdemos 2 dias de passeio na Flip.
