"The owner of the inn is not very helpful, the breakfast is very poor, and served very late for an inn and a tourist place. It smells of mold, the room and towels are cleaned and changed every 3 days. The room I stayed in did not have a good smell, the bathroom was not really clean, and the service from the receptionist was not the best. Breakfast is served very late (8:30). I do not recommend it and I would not stay there again."

"The guesthouse is located a little far from the center, but there is silence and peace. The bed is comfortable, air conditioning and refrigerator work, the bathroom has warm water in the shower, but the drainage cage is dangerously bent so that you can cut your leg by taking a shower. Breakfast is simple but fresh, but there was something for the heat (egg or steam). It is difficult to understand, because only one person speaks English. Cleaning the room on request. The worst thing is the Internet connection, and the WiFi connection is breaking down and you can't watch TV because the same way the programs are shut down. Probably the TV is working through the Internet. The Internet is necessary to improve."

"This hotel is dangerous and should not be visited. They poisoned my colleague with pesticide through a mistake in spraying THROUGH the air conditioning units (he was asleep and was breathing this in for several hours) and took no responsibility whatsoever. He was very ill for three days and they never even checked on him, also not when we had to take him to hospital. That being said, it's a very low quality hotel. Amenities are broken or outdated and it's so minimalistic, it's almost impossible to live there. Careful, there are open high voltage wires INSIDE the shower. And there isn't even a small bedside lamp. The cleaning lady took my drinking water the few times she came and threw away the bottle, even if it was still half full. And are the many bites and blisters on my legs when I woke up bugs that are in the mattress?? It's very, very possible. All in all, never again."

The location is also perfect with a view over the river and a very short walking distance to the main street and colonial center. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is the cleanliness. I didn't feel like the bathrooms and beds were clean. Still would highly recommend"

"Excellent choice! We had been in doubt if we would stay in the historical center or in that hotel that looks like a resort of such a beautiful 8 km from the city , by Rio-Santos . We couldn't have chosen better. Paradise Hotel! The hotel has a very efficient and gentle service and a wonderful food. The rooms are large, well decorated, excellent bed linen, amenities of nature, excellent air conditioning! The view of the room was a spectacular. Da non perdere! We will certainly return We were 5 people, 35 to 70 years old. Show!"

"I went to the bus Paraty and hosted the Alecrim Golden Hostel, the best choice I made, because the location is excellent, near the road and the historical center, gives to do everything on foot. The hotel is simple and comfortable, with simple, but very tasty breakfast. The staff are very careful and always gave a trip tips, including indicating road buses to make cheap trips. Excellent cost benefit."
