A very nice building, really well done gardens, pleasant small pool area. Unfortunately run with people who have little service industry training. No English spoken at reception, but we make ourselves understood. Drag your own luggage at age 70, their staff fit and 25 but don't do that. In fact the reception staff never smiled or said hello any time we entered, they looked really bored. A young pool bar employee too busy on his mobile phone to correctly take a food order. Still charged for the wrong order as well! Breakfast was a very good buffet choice, normal choices of cerals, cold meats, cheeses et but with a far wider selection of breads, cakes, fritas and pastries than we have encountered in most hotels. The room immaculately clean but small. The safe doesn't work, tv with few channels, no tea or coffee facility. Like the town seemingly run on reputation and now descending into complacency.

A pousada não dispõe de um espaço de descontração, digamos um bar, quando chove.
Há um bar na piscina, mas com chuvas fica inviável.
Aspecto limpeza e muito bom, os funcionários são atenciosos e corteses.

Pousada confortável, com excelente atendimento, tanto na recepção quanto serviços. Fomos orientados pelas recepcionistas quanto às atrações da cidade e passeios. Ambiente com belos jardins e piscina. Café da manhã variado e bem servido.

Hotel was very nicely located, clean, and great value. The one thing to keep in mind is our room was on the ground floor and facing the street (not super busy) but you could hear some people coming home and having fun being a bit loud. It wasn't terrible and didn't bother us but something to keep in mind. I highly recommend staying here if you are going to Paraty!

Excelente hospedagem. Funcionários atenciosos, agradáveis, sempre dispostos a ajudar o turista. O quarto em que fiquei era limpo, amplo, silencioso, com ótimo ar condicionado. Café da manhã delicioso, senti falta apenas de maior variedade de frutas. Piscina aquecida com música ambiente muito agradável. Localização ideal, perto do centro porém em rua tranquila. Foi ótima a experiência nessa pousada.

Seguro e tranquilo. Equipe de funcionários atenciosos. Atende o que foi prometido pelo café da manhã bom, área comum com jardim tranquilo e silencioso. São organizados e limpos!!! Acomodação confortável e com bom espaço. Fechadura com senha e smart tv. Top!! O quarto fica bem escuro, descansa bem. E com piscina interna. Estacionamento dentro do estabelecimento e pousada com muro, câmeras e com segurança.
