Atendimento excelente. Especialmente na recepção pela recepcionista Zélia e a camareira Daiane dos Santos e no café da manhã pela Jeane. Muito solícitas com as demandas e dúvidas que surgem ao longo da hospedagem. O café da manhã também é muito bom.

If you can pay a little more, do not hesitate, one of the best hotels near the road. Functional room. Quick intermittent Wi-Fi. Swimming pool with beautiful views, lift access and stairs. Diverse and good breakfast. The hotel has a supermarket next to it.

Stayed here as part of a birding group for 5 nights. The room was basic and my first room faced the street which was really noisy so they nicely moved me across the hall to face the back which was nice and quiet. There was no kettle in the room and they would not provide one so could not make tea or coffee. The Wi-Fi was slow and intermittent. The room was more basic than had expected for example the two chairs were both simple plastic chairs. Housekeeping did a great job. No tissues provided. The bathroom all worked ok in both of the rooms that i had. The food in the restaurant was generally overcooked (a buffet except on sunday dinner time). The food was just about ok.

Bom hotel, excelente localização ao lado do shopping da cidade, que oferece algumas opções de restaurantes na praça de alimentação. Café da manhã completo, quarto duplo bastante espaçoso e confortável. Boa ducha e bom espaço para desfazer a mala e guardar as roupas. O hotel oferece um acesso direto ao shopping sem precisar passar pela rua.

The rooms are good, but they do not follow the same pattern, for example, another day I stayed in a room with smart TV with streaming options such as Netflix and so on, this time I stayed in a room that TV was not smart. Delay in check-in and check-out, the reception should be faster.
