Citadines Place d'Italie Paris
4.4/564 Reviews
Excellent strategic location with a metro station and a shopping center at your doorstep. I was lucky to get a studio at the top floor with a nice view of the main attractions over the roofs. The studio was somewhat smaller than expected, just enough for one person though. Strangely, you have got a small equipped kitchen to cook, but no proper table to sit and eat. Also, the noise isolation from the street is somewhat poor: do not expect to sleep long while the magnificent city gets busy every morning.
Citadines Opera Paris - Europe

The location is excellent and the rooms are well equipped but there is a bar in the same building that uses the courtyard that a lot of the rooms overlook. The bar makes everyone go inside at about 10:30 but until then it can be very noisy with the drinkers talking and shouting and music being played. Therefore this isn't really suitable for children who need to sleep earlier than 10:30 or so. The floors were quite dirty and the dishwasher wasn't working (we only found out the day before we checked out) and the fridge didn't work all the time but otherwise everything in the room was good and it had air conditioning which makes a big difference after a hot day in Paris! For adults who want a gym and a good location this is very suitable, for families with young children its less suitable because of the noise.
Citadines République Paris

This was a very good pic. The studio room was spacious, had a nice kitchette, and was quiet (it was on the back side). it was very clean and thoughfully laid out and mostly in good shape. It was modern, had an iron and ironing board.. You can pull out the table for eating tucked under the desk. The bed was firm but comfortable. There was a problem with the in-room safe I reported. The maintenance guy came quickly but couldn't fix it on the spot, so I reported it and I guess they will find a way to fix or replace it. The staff at the desk was cheerful and attentive to needs and questions. The two elevators were good-sized and pretty fast. The location is in a lively area close to the Marais and Republique. Access to one metro line a few steps away and easy walking access to two more lines. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Lots of restaurants and bars around as well as a variety of nice shops. One caveat - the room did not appear to have air conditioning. They provide a fan for the room, but that probably won't be enough in mid-summer.
Citadines Montmartre Paris

Montmartre
It's adequate. In a studio suite with a small kitchen. The room is standard European size however no air conditioning. The bathroom is alright and the beds on the softer side of things. There is a washer and dryer in the basement for guests. It's in a great location if you don't mind walking past the history of the area. It's in Pigalle Quarter so know its history so you are not caught off guard. It's totally safe and right around the corner from Moulin Rouge. Get a higher floor room as it is quieter. I can see the Sacre Couer from my window. Lots of restaurants and bars within minutes from the hotel as well as your traditional fast food and grocery stores as well. A very short walk to two different metro lines.
Citadines Trocadéro Paris
4.2/582 Reviews
This is the most cost-effective hotel for a two-week trip in Europe. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the Eiffel Tower, 10 minutes to the subway station, there are many restaurants next to it, and a 2-minute walk to the supermarket opposite. The room is equipped with a simple kitchen, and the room is clean and comfortable, with a large double bed, which is a great value for such a hotel at this price.
Citadines Bastille Gare de Lyon Paris
4/551 Reviews
More than ten minutes’ walk from Lyon Train Station, there are pots, stoves, meals and balconies. There is a Chinese vegetable shop on the side of the street, noodles and soy sauce and vegetables. Not far from the Carrefour convenience store, which has salt, wine and meat. Those who are used to bread can open fire by themselves. Regardless of the cleaning of the apartment, and the front desk must clean up the garbage bag by itself. Convenient transportation, very close to Line 1 and Line 8, it is very convenient to go to scenic spots. The heating in the room broke down when we stayed, and I told the front desk twice that I didn't get it right, and finally the front desk provided two electric heaters. Breakfast is continental style, bread coffee bacon jam these. The overall price is very good, I will choose this apartment next time.
