WS Champs-Elysées - Colomb

Nous avons adoré nos moments dans cette appartement qui était spacieux et très bien équipé. Il était joliment décoré dans les tons de bleus. On était tout proche (à une rue des Champs Elysées). Le c^té séjour était agréable pour le petit déjeuner. Très propre.

The apartment was not cleaned for our check-in. We called the number three times, all three times we got different employees, each time we had to explain what happened, aha, the only answer was an apology and a request to wait an indefinite time. We waited 3.5 hours for some kind of decision from the administration. After which they finally offered other apartments in a completely different part of the city, by the way, we were in the city for only two days, so we very carefully chose the location of the apartment and built all the routes. The day was completely ruined, it was already very difficult to get into a good mood, after the stress of having nowhere to live. The administration of the apartments offered compensation in the form of breakfast (which I paid for when booking) and late check-out (we had an early flight). For this we were offered champagne and fruit, but we did not receive them either.

La posizione è strategica e vicina anche a vari punti metro. Pulizia e cambio lenzuola e asciugamano solo se viene richiesta, il che non è comodo se non lo sai prima. Nella stanza non trovi nulla, te o cialde però è abbastanza ben organizzata. Non c’è modo di coprire la finestra totalmente quindi entra la luce del mattina. Insonorizzazione non buona. Il letto è troppo attaccato alle mura. Comunque sia lo staff nonostante non sia presente è costantemente disponibile e con risposta rapida ad ogni richiesta che sia fattibile o meno. Merita per la posizione e perché alla fine non è male dopo che capisci il funzionamento.

Appartement vraiment idealement situé , bien agencé et trés trés propre . Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour. L'accès à l'immeuble est bien sécurisé et l'ouverture par code est simple pour quelqu'un qui n'a pas forcement l'habitude de l'utiliser comme moi.
