Hotel is comfort and clean. The location is good. Pizza at the lobby bar is great. Everything is good. Staff is support.

The hotel is ok, reception is a bit messy though. Location is great, rooms are clean and well equipped. Didnt buy breakfasts, cant say anything about food

Staff were very rude, they completely ignored us as we tried to check in then started doing other task whilst checking us in. They then gave us a room we did not book (the bathroom was completely different), when we made them aware, they said there were no other rooms available in the whole hotel. It was only after we showed them the booking that they suddenly had that room available. Room service also came in and “cleaned” but did not change bedding or towels. Overall really poor attitude and service from the receptionists but the room was nice once we finally got in there.

The hotel is not far from the Montapas Tower, about 3.5 kilometers from the Seine River. It costs about 15 euros to call an Uber or bolt, which is suitable for family travel. The room facilities are not new, but the staff are enthusiastic and the Western breakfast is also OK. The hotel does not provide bottled water, but there is a self-service water dispenser, and the machine can also dispense sparkling water.

Excellent service, excellent breakfasts, welcoming and multifunctional lobby, but slightly tired repairs and furniture for a 4-star hotel. At the time of writing, construction work is underway opposite the hotel. Because of this, it can be noisy in the mornings.

There is a cleaning service, but the time for return is unclear. So I used a nearby coin laundry. The room was well-cleaned and the staff were friendly. The refrigerator was quite small.

The family room I chose was equipped with a sofa bed, but the bed was big enough. The hotel is near the Montparnasse train station and the hub, so it is convenient to go anywhere. There is direct drinking water on every floor of the hotel. You can see the Eiffel Tower directly from the intersection between the station and the hotel 🙂

The price-performance ratio is very good, it's close to all the attractions, and it's convenient to take the train. The environment, hygiene and size are all satisfactory.

The room is big enough, with a double bed for two adults and a sofa bed for the child. The breakfast is very rich, with various breads and yogurts, and you can also take away coffee. It is a 5-6 minute walk from Metro Line 6, and the transportation is very convenient
