Very good location, few minutes walking distance to restaurants, shops and metro, 24 hours taxi outside hotel.

Just amazing! Very thankful that we're upgraded to Superior room. All the staffs were very welcoming and helpful. Super spacious room with big bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows, in-room slippers were provided. However, it'll be better if there's more variety to the breakfast selection. Great location especially if you are into shopping. The hotel is in the centre of most attractions by feet.

We booked a Pana Suite for three people. The room was not big, but the service was very good. We also added a bed for free, which was just enough for us. The breakfast was also good, it was a la carte and of good quality. The snacks in the room were free and replenished every day. The service of the hotel was excellent, caring and enthusiastic. The location of the hotel was very good, right next to the Madeleine Church and within walking distance of the surrounding attractions. There were many Chinese restaurants around, and the price/performance ratio was not bad. The only bad thing about the hotel was that the shower and shampoo were not used well, which needs to be improved. In short, it is worth recommending.

The location is excellent and very safe. It's an eight-minute walk to the Opera House and Galeries Lafayette, and a 15-minute walk to the Champs Elysees. The room facilities are very new, the hair dryers are all Dyson, the mini-bar has delicious snacks every day, there is free WIFI, parking is available at the door of the hotel, and the soundproofing is very good. The suite I booked has a balcony, which is relatively large. The service was perfect from the check-in. The front desk came with macarons and juice to handle the formalities, and helped carry the bag to the room to introduce the room. The overall experience is excellent.
