A very minimal hotel as advertised. It is clean, staff are friendly, and it is located in Ginza technically. The down side is that even though we know the room is small, its still smaller than we expected. The room can barely allow for two suitcases to open at the same time. Travellers should note that the hotel only provide turndown service once a week. Meaning if you stay for less than 5 days you dont get any turndown service although clean towels are provided daily. The location of the hotel is on the east side od Ginza but in reality closer to Tsukiji than it is heart of Ginza. It's easy to get to the F line metro but you'll have to make a connection if you are heading to main tourists attractions, or walk 13 mins to Ginza line metro. Overall, for the price they charged, it's probably good value provided. Recommended for those who are on a budget and wants to stay relatively closed to city center (Chuo district) without breaking your bank.

Tiny hotel located in an alley. Though small, service was excellent. Amenities provided at counter, take when you need. Room was clean and neat. Nearby a 24 hours fast food japanese restaurant and convenience stores with main dishes. Overall good stay, well recommended

10 min walk to Ginza and close to several mtr stations. Very good. Meet with our minimum accommodation needs and maximise the room space. Need to pay extra if check out after 10am.

When you enter the door, it's really small, with only a bed and a desk. It was okay to put the carrier in the space under the bed. The bathroom and shower room were large and nice, almost like there was another room. It was a great place in many ways!

If you only use the JR Pass, the location is not good. I think it will be okay if you use subways other than JR. I was satisfied with the service, such as leaving my luggage before check-in time or having my luggage delivered to my room in advance. And the toilet/bathroom was quite spacious, but the room was a bit small, and there was no air purifier, but the window opened.

This is my second time using this service. It's a compact room, but I thought it was well thought out. In this space, the bath is spacious and you can feel the spaciousness and cleanliness that you cannot imagine at other hotels. It's within walking distance to Ginza, and the metro is just a 1-minute walk away. There are other restaurants that are used by locals, and it was my second time there, but it was a fun place. I will be using this again. thank you.

Let’s start with cleanliness. This hotel was very clean. My daughter and I were very happy with the accommodations from that perspective. Location. The hotel is just around the corner from a metro stop: ShintoMicho. I mean less than a minute walk. That’s probably important for Minnie during the summer months and probably during the winter months too. Size. The room, as you would expect, is quite small – at least the one that we stayed in. We had one king bed to share (which was big enough to accommodate us both) but getting around the room was a nightmare for me. I’m almost 50 and a large guy. It wasn’t great for my knees or my back. Haha. but I don’t think I can blame the hotel for my issues. It was clean, cozy, and the reception/manager was very kind. One last thing. The Thai restaurant right in front of the hotel, the Pink Elephant, is amazing. I’m pretty easy to please when it comes to food, but this food was great. It seems to be a family ordeal and they treated me very nicely- though language may have been a barrier. We communicated through smiles and pointing. As in all things, choose your hotel carefully. The price, location, and cleanliness were all very desirable. My only issue isn’t the size as much as it is the layout. Again, I probably could’ve chosen a larger suite.

Room was very small as was bathroom. Bed was very much like rock. Basic amenities provided in the reception area. I only received one towel and when I asked downstairs for another one to be able to dry my hair they wanted to charge extra for this. There was a 6.2 earthquake while I was in the room and everything seemed to have managed ok. Close to a train station and 7/11.
