Well located just outside CBD but convenient and quiet. Most of all full amenities provided for comfort kettle and coffee tea as well as hair dryer. Reasonable size of room with sun block curtain. There are diverse of international restaurants to suit all. Victoria market is just 4 stops tram away. Daily housekeeping, shared kitchen and self laundry service are available too.

It is an ok place to stay if your budget does not allow you to pay for something else, but it was clean place and close to some attractions

This was my second visit to this hotel. It’s quiet, comfortable, has all the amenities, including a kitchen and laundry, and terrific staff. The hotel is in an interesting old part of Melbourne, near Queen Victoria market, 2 supermarkets and several restaurants. You can get a nearby tram into the city or walk to North Melbourne or Flagstaff railway stations. It’s about a 15 minute walk from Southern cross station. Although it was winter I was warm.

The hotel is close to CBD, small cosy and clean room. It’s 2 storey hotel with no lift.

Good impression

It's quiet and relaxing, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is nice. The downtown area is noisy, but it's quiet here, so it's nice.

A great value for money hotel with a great location. There are self-service washing machines/dryers, but you need to prepare 2 dollars in coins.

It's a decent hotel. The room looks like a convex shape. I don't like the overall design very much, but it's clean in terms of hygiene. The room is not big and there's no desk. It's not convenient for eating, but it's okay to live alone.

There was a tram to Flinders Street Station right nearby, so it was convenient to get around. The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious so I could stay comfortably.

It is almost the cheapest hotel in Melbourne. If two people stay in a double room, the average price per person is actually not more expensive than a youth hostel. It also has 24-hour front desk service, free towels, and luggage storage. The rooms are air-conditioned and have refrigerators. Toiletries require you to prepare your own toothbrush. Generally speaking, it is economical and affordable.

I have stayed here many times and will stay here every time I come to Melbourne. Everything is great! Highly recommended. Although it is a bit far from the city, there are trams nearby with many buses, so the transportation is very convenient.

It was a reasonably priced and clean hotel. Although it was not within the free drum zone, it was close to that area, so access to the city center was convenient.

In Melbourne, the price/performance ratio is relatively high. Regardless of whether the location is not in the free zone, it is a little inconvenient, but it is not a big problem. There is Aldi nearby, about five minutes walk.

The room is great, the pool is a little small, the front desk staff are very friendly, and sometimes there are young ladies who can speak Chinese. The location is good, there is a tram going to the city center next to it, and it takes a few minutes to get there. The price is also very suitable.
