The location of the hotel is satisfactory in a safe and quiet area from the surroundings, It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the Arc de Triomphe. The area near the Arc de Triomphe is busy in the evening, so the surroundings are very noisy. It's just the right amount of distance here, so I'm satisfied. Accommodation is a bit cramped. But it is clean.

Small but cozy and very clean hotel. My room was on the 5th floor and if the balcony faced a spot of lights, it had good light.

Отличный очень чистый небольшой отель, расположен в тихом районе. Рядом несколько станций метро. В минуте ходьбы булочная, в 3- 5 минутах ходьбы несколько супермаркетов.Номер небольшой - 17 метров, но нам хватало. В номере была только кофемашина, но без проблем дали чайник. Милый балкончик, где можно позавтракать. Душ и туалет совмещены, много зеркал, места достаточно, фен. В комнате есть даже камин или печка): а также шкаф и сейф. Уборка ежедневно, с 10 утра. Жили на 5 этаже Приветливый персонал. При заселении нужно внести залог 50 евро картой или наличными. Если буду останавливаться в Париже, точно рассмотрю эту гостиницу. Из минусов - нет бесплатной воды в номере и чашек (только стаканы).
