As advertised. Spacious and clean room. Location is far from the Paris that a tourist will expect. Need to walk quite a distance from the metro.

When i booking from Trip.com $475.35 charged. and extra confirmed city tax $28.17 euro = $31.11 US dollars will pay upon arrival at hotel. But when we check in total Pay $105 euro = $114.53 us dollars. We arrival earlier so pay extra $35 euro for earlier check in. is fine., But city tax is increased to $70 euro that was terrible. Trip.com never notice me for $70 euro for city tax. In Brussels i pay city tax for $12 and Amsterdam $8. Please let me know Why is Confirmed city tax is increased 2.5 times.

Far away from city centre

This is my second stay. There is a bus directly in front of the hotel to the airport. It’s cheap and convenient.

The room is very spacious and comfortable, the price is good, the location is a bit remote, not far from the subway station. Average breakfast. The front desk service is good. All in all, the hotel's price/performance ratio is still very high.

Bald guy at reception is very rude, speaks over you like his dad owns the hotel. Room was clean overall. Made me pay deposit with UK physical card even though I told him I can pay with my Euro card using Google Pay but he insisted I use the UK card even though I tried to explain my bank will charge me a currency conversion fee but he just speaks over you as if its illegal to let me speak. Upon returning my deposit, baldie tries to claim the card machine is not working, then claims i gave him a different card to the one I paid the deposit with and when I told him its the same one he tells me its not, when showing him my deposit payment receipt he then said its a system error, thats 3 excuses made to scam me of my deposit. He would clearly have the last 4 digits of my card on his system and was trying to scam me of my deposit. Deposit has been returned but who knows when It will appear in my bank.🤷🏻‍♀️ Overall, other staff were friendly and helped me with their little English. The bald rude and disrespectful man needs to be humbled.

Very comfortable, clean, all what we need, very friendly and helpful staff. We love the breakfast and the location, close to the subway station. We had an amazing time. The room layout was perfect for us with 2 areas for the bathroom, one with the toiler and the other one with the shower, brilliant idea! Every day had coffee and tea in the room also they brought a water bottle complimentary daily.

Stayed at this hotel 24 May to 28 May. On arrival reception took money from our bank saying its was in case we spend on our room, saying its normal practice and will be refunded on departure. I asked on departure for the refund as we spent nothing. I was told it had been processed and will show in a few days. Reception confirmed we had NOT spent anything. I am still waiting for this £56.54. Also after we got home i saw another £33.32, taking without consent. After asking I was told this was for a breakfast - which we never had. Still waiting for this to be refunded. Never trust this hotel - shocking!!!!

Nice room on the 5th floor, 1 queen bed, 1 extra bed - ideal for families. Hotel is clean, nice and staff is friendly but the neighbourhood is seedy, rundown and dirty. In the car park opposite the hotel, homeless gypsies were living in cars until they were disturbed by the weekend flea market. In our room, the bathtub was not really usable as the drainage part was not working, although we reported this, but it was still not possible to use it. And in the shower the shower pipe was cracked and broken so the water splashed everywhere. The accommodation was fine, but I think in a **** hotel everything has to work, and a splash shower is not acceptable from the housekeeper, maintenance.

This was the perfect place to stay for an early flight out of Charles de Gaulle the next morning. We had a nice meal at the hotel restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the room was warm. It is still cool outside so we left the window open all night. That made it work but if we had not done that it would have been hard to sleep.

The suite was clean when we checked in and it has a great location. On the second day I reported a blocked toilet at approximately 9am before we went for a tour in the city. This occurred at night. We returned at 7 pm. On our return, the issue was not resolved and various excuses were given - irrelevant. I was not amused. Then an added issue of no water flow for hours, then brown water flow for about 2 hours (unheard of). The service staff skip duties and make excuses to paying customers. We used our shower for four days and had to request that they clean up - imagine that? Then our sheets were not changed either. Breaking into night sweats because of the menopause and sleeping on the same sheets three days in a row. Abysmal service. I literally had to remove the sheets myself and put it on the floor on the fourth day so it would be done. We returned early on the fourth day and the service lady walks in and says “she doesn’t change sheets everyday”. It was never changed until I did that. What is the point of staying in a hotel then? There are Airbnb scattered everywhere. If that is the service I sought there was no point of booking a hotel. A real let down for a hotel of that calibre. Managers need to supervise better so staff actually do what they are paid for. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly wouldn’t be booking any of their chains ever.

I stayed in the hotel for good 7 days. We desperately wanted to change but didn’t get any alternative at short notice. There is basically no service. Indians travelling thinking that there will be a decent set of toiletries, please carry each and everything. They don’t give anything for free. The hotel staff is jot even aware where currency exchange is located. There is zero guidance. The rooms are congested and suffocated. They don’t switch on AC even if you have asthama. Really insensitive and stingy attitude. Not at all recommended.

The hotel itself is fair, definitely not a 4 start like they described on Priceline...false advertising. The area is not very safe...lots of dirtyness. No really nice restaurants in the area. There is no Site seeing at all. Graffiti every where. I left after one night!!
