I've booked triple room but hotel free upgrade my room to family room. Location is good. Many restraurants around the hotel. Walking distance the tourist places

The staff was very helpful during the typhoon. He allowed us to check out late. Excellent location in front of subway.

The hotel is next to subway line 2 and 5. It is a 5 minute walk from the Bund and there are many eating possibilities. They clean the room and supply with water daily. There is a washing machine and a terrace for drying the clothes. So it is like on the photos.

The hotel has everything you will need. If you arrive via metro, east nanjing statiob, try to get out via exit 5. If you cannot find exit 5, no sweat, be on the nanjing rd, walk through the Apple store through to the other side of the building and that is where tianjin rd is and the hotel is right there. There is so many good restaurant next to the hotel including a drink stand. Very good location!

Love that this place was so conveniently located at city centre & less than 2min walk to the station. Loads of local food places behind the hotel and in the mall too. Delivery of food was easily received as well. Reception was welcoming and also helped us with booking a slot to the one of the museums (as we did not have a china mobile number). Love that they had a washing machine and it spins really well so our clothes dried really quickly after hanging them out overnight. I love how sound proof the walls between the rooms are as there were really noisy kids just staying next to us and we couldnt hear a thing. HOWEVER, we were super unfortunate as there were road works happening right outside the hotel on all 6nights we were here. and the worse thing was that road works lasted till 2-4am in the morning.... We were quite annoyed as travellers we were hoping to have a soundless goodnight sleep, but we were constantly awoken by the road works. It'll be great if some soundproofing could be made for the windows as well (if possible).... but hope other travellers arent affected by this when they sleep here....

The spacious room... the location is very strategic. It is close to metro stations (east Nanjing road exit 5) and the bund. around many restaurants

Very good location to east Nanjing road station metro exit 5 (100 m) and exit 2 ( escalator). Check in was smooth. Got washine machine and fridge in the room. Can store luggage on check out for few hours or if you are going away few days and returning back to same hotel again.

Fantastic location right behind Nanjing East walking street, and near the bund. Recently renovated. Clean, safe and WiFi works. Lots of small restaurants just outside and near the hotel that opens till late. 2-3 min walk to subway Line 2 & 10. Uses electronic door with code instead of usual door access cards.
