WS Saint-Lazare - Lafayette

I rented this apartment for me my partner and my parents, when we got there it was all very clean and smelled very nice. The location is fantastic, if you want to see the attraction points in Paris, two undergroung stations nearby and the train station too. Supermarkets close by and loads of restaurants/bars. The second day of our stay we realised we didn't have any hot water and so I've contacted the property on their WhatsApp number and a technician was sent out straight away. We were out of the appartment when he came in but I was told the problem had been fixed, clearly the technician lied because when we arrived we still didn't have hot water, contacted the property again and another and although it was 6pm another technician was sent out straight away. After knowing that the problem wasn't going to be fixed that night they placed us in another apartment straight away and I was also given 20% off the cost of my booking. I'm giving them 5* because of the attention and great costumer service. I work in costumer service myself and i have to say that theirs was absolutely excellent. Will definitely book it again if I'm staying in Paris.

We had the smallest room of the apartments but are super happy. It was not good spaced, but modern and nice. Our plan was not to stay in the room but explore the city. It is located near the metro, with great breakfast opportunities around the apartment. Even though it was very small, it was well worth the money compared to the prices around. Would recommend for people who does appreciate activities, and exploring the city. If you are going to spend time in the apartment I would probably find something else.

— The lift was broken and needs urgent maintenance and repairs. It opened and shut its door all night in a super loud and very forceful way. The enormous noise from the metal on metal bang let all three of us not sleep very well and got so bad that during our last night we couldn't sleep at all. Also, there description promises a safe in the room but ours didn't work. We let them know about that on the very first day and reminded them to fix it on a daily basis but nothing happened Thus we had to carry our passports and valuables with us all day which wasn't really what we wanted. Overall, disappointed of their service. They either should have fixed the issues or compensate us a bit for the inconvenience. UPDATE: On the 10th of August they promised a 10% refund for our inconvenience but ten days later no money was refunded and I doubt they ever will. Short answer, they are great to deal with as long everything works well but ignore you once you have a problem © — Good location, lots of public transport close by and apartment nicely furnished, small but super clean
