I came to receive 5 rooms but they only gave me 3 rooms at the right hotel Grand du hotel Cavaldos and the other 2 rooms the hotel took me to another area with bad, dirty and worse rooms with another name Grand du hotel havre which is not the main area of ​​the hotel, I did not agree and asked for a refund if I did not stay at the right hotel I booked but they did not agree, a very bad experience for my family!

My daughter went to France to attend summer school. Since she was too young to adapt to school accommodation due to language barrier, she temporarily decided to go to school every day. The original hotel has no vacancies.
