The room is really too small Never live with two people together I can't even spread my luggage. Except for the better location I feel like I have nothing to brag about. No slippers yet

It's very convenient as it's close to the bus stop for CDG, and all of Paris' major tourist attractions are within walking distance. The inside of the hotel is clean and if you are not looking for luxury, there is a refrigerator and electric kettle, so you will be satisfied.

這是今年歐洲之行的最糟糕體驗！酒店服務人員傲慢冷漠，明明早就網上確認一切訊息，結果當天晚上8點左右入住時，還硬是要求我把確認函發他們家的官網郵箱，可是他們家的網及其糟糕，耽誤了半個小時，結果這個**工作人員自己不耐煩🙄又把房卡給我了！然後分配了一間閣樓給我！我花了2100元RMB/晚的酒店結果碰到這樣的情況真的是無語！更加讓人氣憤的是10月9號巴黎遭遇大雨，我們冒雨回到酒店，震驚的發現房間漏雨！跟前台服務員溝通希望換房間，結果被冷漠的拒絕❌。表示酒店沒有空房間，可是我在他們家官網發現有至少三間的空房間！無奈之下求助攜程客服，得到了熱情積極的幫助。雖然當晚沒有能夠換房間，不過第二天幫我預訂了附近的德拉維尼亞酒店（這家酒店令我感到非常滿意👍！）特別謝謝客服管家柯柯和小因！也很滿意攜程的服務態度。我特別慶幸自己這次通過攜程預訂房間😃。強烈呼籲國人不要入住這家聖米歇爾阿貝酒店。服務態度惡劣，傲慢無禮，還具有欺詐行為，早餐普普通通，環境嘈雜，周邊售賣紀念品的店鋪、酒吧混雜。雖然出門公共交通方便、塞納河幾步之遙（我也是因為這個才選擇了這家酒店）安全性糟糕👎附上照片，當晚房間漏水的證據！5樓以下的房間都有遮雨棚，衹有6樓是沒有的！
