First of all, the hotel is very well located for arrivals at Orly Airport. The finished Orly bus stop is 5 minutes away. A room for one is very comfortable! Comfortable pillows, you can choose which one suits you best. The room has a kettle with a set of tea and coffee, cream, sugar, fridge. A cup and a glass are also provided ..Water - only on the first day (it's strange not to turn on this service on a daily basis). The bathroom is really small, but I was comfortable.. The hotel offers a set of soap, shampoo, conditioner, body cream, shower caps, hygiene kit (cotton swabs, cotton pads, nail file), a sponge for shoes. Breakfast is repeated every day, but I found everything I needed. Eggs, 2 types of ham, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, 2 types of butter.muesli, jams and honey, yogurt (natural, with flavors.), hoeb, croissant and bun with chocolate... juices, water and coffee Персонал был супер любезный. I chose this hotel because I was going to Denver Roslow Station the next day. Every inch of land in Paris, the hotel is small and exquisite, very close to the subway station. This time I live alone in the single room in the corner. The room is relatively small, but on the whole it is clean and tidy. The air-conditioning is great. I feel safe by myself. The young lady at the front desk and the black uncle are very enthusiastic. There are many cafes and bars next to the hotel, with the atmosphere of Paris. The croissants from Paul's bakery next door are very delicious. A cup of coffee is a croissant for breakfast.

It was an overnight stay when coming to Paris for the first time. It was important for me that the hotel was close to the center. I was completely satisfied with the location and conditions of the hotel. Pleasant interior, amenities, good and responsive staff. I can definitely recommend it to other potential overnighters who want to explore Paris.

This hotel was great. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I asked lots of questions and they were more than happy to help. I felt welcomed and safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely use them again. Value for money and clean rooms. Very high standard and brilliant staff thank you.

My flight got delayed, so I arrived late to the hostel around 2 AM on the night of March the 10th ”My reservation was from the 9th, so no problem” I seemed to wake up the receptionist who suddenly got busy on phone but had done the check in procedures, I reconfirmed it's a bottom bunk bed ”due to a medical condition, I can't climb” he said Yes Yes.. My room is on the 5th floor, I was fine and asked if there's a lift, he said Yes Yes ”basically was busy on phone and didn't even listen to what I was saying” I went up ”no lift btw but it was okay” to find the bed assigned is on top, and there was only one person in the room! I went down again asking if I can take the vacant bottom bed, then he got mad!! No you can't, wait for my colleague in the morning to see if he can move you. I asked if I can stay at the reception till then, but no it's closed... So I will just stay here in front of the Reception desk I replied. I affirmed I had my request delivered for a bottom bed, there was only one person in the room, so why can't I just get any?! He got very mad; started to call me crazy, and then shifted to the ”I don't speak English” and saying Me NO ME NO ME NO... He then approached very very close waiving threatening with his finger ”saying we are not discriminating you”!!! What? Who said discrimination?!! Then, I started to film his attitude with my cell phone right away as it was that close it gets physical.. He panicked when I started to film and called the police on me and asked me to go spend the night in the kitchen!!! Unluckily for him, I can understand French pretty well but I only speak English... He asked the police to come because I was making a fuss and a scandal. The police arrived like 30 mins later, while me shaking and waiting in front of the desk as he vanished when I started to film. Very Unluckily for him, the police was very supportive to me and they spoke English... When I told them the whole story; they asked him to return my money as long as they didn't adhere to my request for bottom bed, it's a medical condition but he was so rude to them as well saying, It's not his problem! He refused to refund saying tomorrow in the afternoon I come back to his colleagues be refunded. The police stayed with me till I booked another hotel for the night and THEY SAID IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY RECEIVE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME PERSON but they can't file a case against him since it didn't get physical. While booking an alternative accommodation at 3 AM outside in the street, he called me in to give my money back!! This is a story I wanted to share, a story of lying, aggressive, and rude receptionist. Ah, and to the police; he stated that there's someone taking the bottom bed... While the key of the bottom bed was actually left on the check out tray!!! If you want ur days ruined and both yours physical and psychological health abused and tortured go to this place and deal with this man in particular. I dare their management

I only stayed for one night and the overall experience was great. I arrived very late at night for the check-in due to delayed flight and had to ring the bell so I could get inside. The security guard was at the front desk who checked me in. Very friendly and professional even though I could tell I was disturbing him. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. As for the room, it was not too small but definitely can accommodate couples. The room smelt fresh and clean which was welcoming for me because I was ready to crash. Plenty of towels and complimentary drinks like tea and coffee. I booked the room straight from the hotel's website and I'm not too happy about the price even though I got the best rate compared to 3rd party websites. It could be a lot cheaper but it seems everything has gone up due to covid. That said, the hotel is a great location to stay in, right next to Gare Montparnasse about 11mins walk, for anyone who has to take the train early in the morning.

Simple, full-featured, excellent location, polite and enthusiastic customer service, I almost fell asleep drinking Chinese tea in the lobby when I returned to the hotel in the afternoon😉

The hotel is nice, and the surrounding environment is very safe. At ten o'clock, you can see the roadside full of people drinking coffee. The hotel service is ok, you can answer questions.

It has a quite good location. but still little bit far from the city center. And staff at front desk are not that work well. they are sometimes confusing what bed is available. also they are not that concentrating on the online booking. seems like… But really clean and good facilities i highly recommend

This is excellently placed for getting around Paris. Near the metro, main station and central to walk to. English speaking staff, catered to us well. Clean room, as always in Paris they’re a bit smaller, but it’s a fair price. Would stay again.
