An absolutely beautiful and stunning hotel situated in a picturest location just wonderful, the staff were also fantastic! Nirmal was wonderful and very helpful! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The room was sublime I could not believe how wonderful it was and how well priced!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sterling Athirappilly with family, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible. We were there for a relaxing getaway and also to celebrate a special occasion—our daughter’s first birthday. To our surprise and delight, the staff organized a beautiful cake-cutting ceremony for her in the evening, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. It truly made the day even more memorable. The resort itself is stunning, surrounded by nature, and offers a tranquil escape. The location is absolutely beautiful, with easy access to the nearby waterfalls. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering both comfort and elegance. We also enjoyed the clean and refreshing pool, which was perfect for some downtime. The food was equally amazing. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, especially when it came to preparing food for our baby exactly how we wanted it. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made dining a delightful experience for the entire family. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Sterling Athirappilly is not only a great place to unwind but also a place where the staff go out of their way to make you feel special. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable retreat. We look forward to visiting again!

As the view we got was a generator view outside the balcony if you are looking for the view which they offer through the advertisement it hen go for top priced rooms there else it will be a great disappointment

Very kind and professional reception staff. At the restaurant, stick to the kerala style food which was excellent. The facilities, landscaping and overall architecture of the hotel was well done. All in all, great stay at very fair pricing. A couple of things, the hotel does not have a bar nor a spa so prepare accordingly. Also, if you have a bathtub in your room, you may want to carry your own bath salts because the hotel does not provide any, our room also had a french press, but the hotel did not have coffee grounds, only instant coffee. Nonetheless, strongly recommended!

The stay was great, we just have concern with the delay in breakfast and we had requested for certain arrangements for which the hotel informed that it was complementary but they did not arrange it. The route near the stay was also closed we had trouble finding the hotel from the main road.

This is a newly built property so everything feels highly maintained. They have a great river view and rooms are big with bath tubs and big Smart TV. On the other side service was terrible. Our wifi credentials did not work, intercom was not working, hot water was not working and got fixed after they fixed the issue. We also had privacy issue. There was a door which connects to other room. They assured it's locked and no one can open. But the other rooms quest did open. There was no way to lock the door from our side. Staff was careless enough about this issue.

Loved the interiors. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The river side view from the room given to us was nice. Athirapilly Falls can be seen from the terrace (swimming pool area). The stay was very comfortable. The hotel was very tidy.
