The hotel's service and kindness were friendly and good from the time of reservation. However, the hotel itself is not very big, so there are no amenities other than breakfast. However, the room was clean and the breakfast was just right. The best hotel for shopping in Pandorf

Sehr gute Lage Mann benötigt kein Auto alles ist einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer Shopping liebt für den ist dieses Hotel genau das richtige.

Oh my God, where should I start from? This hotel is really really terrible, it is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The rooms are very dirty, there is a terrible smell in the bathroom, the walls are scratched and dirty also. Upon check in, we have noticed a lot of bugs in the room. We have numbered a total of 7 bedbugs inside the room, these were everywhere. The towels in the bathroom, we were afraid to use those. Full of stains , dirty and ragged. It is unacceptable that they charge you almost 200 euros per night and you have to stay in these conditions. Absolutely awful experience and I would never recommend you stay in there.

Not so comfy ...small rooms, lots of used items dirty spots and scratches in and in the the walls. Very used towels....poor management. AC working poor, Windows without insect nets, lots of bugs in the room. Good brekfast. I didnt rest very good there...maybe sometimes was better, but now is very used and not maintained.

This was not what I was expected as a regular costumer in IBIS styles. The rooms were small and nothing in it except bed, small tables and some hangers for clothing. Its good for one night so you can visit the Outlet mall close by. The breakfast was good thu, as well as the atmosphere of the hotel and the nice front desk staff.

One hell of hotels in the city. Poor hospitality by the front desk managers specifically the Male ones. Highly arrogant and not at all willing to help, poor customer dealing, pathetic travellers comfort. The worst part is they don’t even realise what they are doing. SIMPLY A NO GO HOTEL, RATHER GO TO PANONIA TOWERS!!

NICHT EMPFOHLEN, KOSTET MEHR ALS EIN VIER STERNE HOTEL AUCH WENN ES KEINS IST  Schlechte Familienpolitik für eine dreiköpfige Familie, Ehefrau, Ehemann und achtzehnjähriger Sohn, zwei nicht miteinander verbundene Zimmer für drei Personen am Wochenende 608,70 € inklusive Garage (9 Euro) und ohne Frühstück, wir sind auch am Sonntag und am Montag geblieben, damit meine behinderte Mutter nicht das Hotel wechseln musste, zum Preis von 411,00 Euro inklusive Garage (9 Euro) und wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, mussten jedoch bei der Buchung 8 Euro mehr für die zweite Nacht zahlen auch wenn uns an der Rezeption mitgeteilt wurde das die Zimmer den gleichen Preis für die beiden Nächte hatte.Leider haben wir zu spät erfahren, dass es in der Nähe ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel liegt, das anscheinend immer günstigere Preise als IBIS Styles hat und im Preis sind auch  Frühstücksbuffet, Sauna, Infrarotkabine und Fitnessraum inbegriffen. Im IBIS Styles kostet das Frühstück nur 17,00 Euro pro Person. Es ist ziemlich lächerlich, wenn man schon für vier Nächte 1.020,00 Euro bezahlt hat, dass man der Rezeption auch mitteilen muss, dass das eigene Zimmer täglich gereinigt werden soll, das führt dazu, dass wir im Zimmer in einer Ecke eine Spinnwebe und Barthaare (nicht unsere) in den Gläsern im Badezimmer gefunden, zusätzlich fehlt ein Kleiderschrank, ein Bidet und eine Duschtür und auch ein Kleiderschrank. Wir hatten auch Probleme mit den Karten, um die Garage zu öffnen und um Hotel betreten zu können. 

SCONSIGLIATO, COSTA DI PIU' DI UN QUATTRO STELLE E NON LO E' Cattiva politica famiglia per una famiglia di tre persone, moglie, marito e figlio di anni diciotto, due camere non comunicanti per tre persone nel fine settimana euro 608,70 comprensive di garage ( 9 euro ) e senza colazione, siamo rimasti poi anche la domenica e il lunedì, per non far cambiare hotel a mia moglie che è invalida, al prezzo di euro 411,00 comprensive di garage ( 9 euro ) ed abbiamo avuto due camere comunicanti, ma ci è stato fatto pagare 8 euro in più per la seconda notte, invece quando avevamo prenotato le due notti alla reception ci era stato detto un prezzo uguale per le due notti. Purtroppo abbiamo scoperto troppo tardi che nelle vicinanze c'e' un Hotel a quattro stelle che a quanto pare fa sempre dei prezzi minori dell'IBIS Styles e nel prezzo c'e' pura compresa la colazione a buffet, la sauna, la cabina a infrarossi, e la stanza fitness. All'IBIS Styles la colazione costa solo 17,00 euro a persona. E' alquanto ridicolo, quando hai pagato 1.020,00 euro per quattro notti, che devi pure dire alla reception che ti facciano la pulizia giornaliera della camera, infatti abbiamo trovato una ragnatela in un angolo e dei peli nei bicchieri del bagno, oltre alla mancanza del bidet e alla mancanza della porta della doccia, e problemi anche con le carte per aprire il garage e entrare in hotel.
