The breakfast was great! The cleanliness of the rooms and hallway were terrible. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great place to stay in Chattanooga, friendly staff!!

The hotel is relatively old, especially the carpets all over the floor have a damp smell and feel unclean. But it has a good location, a large parking lot, big rooms, good service, and good breakfast. I have stayed here many times because I am familiar with it. Once I stayed at the Marriott Hotel next door. Although it was luxurious, the room was small. The fire alarm was reported twice in the middle of the night. The price/performance ratio was too low and the experience was terrible. So I often stay here.

The hotel is located in downtown Chattanooga, and the surrounding area is also very quiet. There is a good car museum next to it.

We only stayed one night on a trip to TN then heading home. The price was decent, the breakfast was good, staff was friendly, and hotel was very clean. We never got to use pool it closed too early.

Hotel feels dark and dingy. Fridge was leaking water and they just laid a towel. The next morning all our food was warm. They kindly gave us a credit but the experience was frustrating on top of underwhelming accommodations for the price.

One bathroom towel for a room for four. Room doesn’t look like it’s been updated since the 90’s. Room smelled terrible. Mold growing in the cracked paint at the top of the shower. Will never go back.

We checked in and the AC wasn’t working. Someone came to look at it, pressed a couple buttons, then said there was nothing they could do. There were no other rooms. We ended up having to go buy fans. Overall, property was not well maintained. Beds were very uncomfortable.

The hotel was ok but thats about it. The bed was very uncomfortable, the TV remote was a pain to turn on and off in the living area, it took the shower a long time to heat up, and we never got a chance to use the heated pool and spa as there were a bunch of wild kids in them both times we tried to use them.

The 1970’s called. They want their furniture back. The room furniture was dated, disgusting and worn out. The mattress was awful. The AC was a VERY loud pulsing grinding noise. The food at breakfast and the happy hour was sub par and very limited. The fridge left puddles of water on the floor. Elevators (all 2 of them) are small and slow. The hallways smelled strange. The fridge was cold, the AC did keep the room cool and the TV’s were fine.

Really great place to stay and walk to the aquarium, children's museum and restaurants. Very clean and a safe area. When they say check in is at 3p.... they mean not even the electronic part where you sign papers and confirm payment. We got there at 2:35 and there was 2 other families waiting. At EXACTLTY 3p, we all lined up and checked in. Another weird thing is that you can't call down to the desk and request they bring you linen. House keeping didn't come. But when i called and asked for a blanket, they told us to come get it from the front desk. Both encounters were friendly but odd.

The room was better than expected, with a small kitchen, complete with dishes, pots and pans, and a nice living area. Bedroom was clean and comfy. Neighbors were loud all night. Pool was chilly but nice and hot tub was perfect. Breakfast was amazing and well stocked even with a crowd. Parking was super easy and the staff at the front desk were amazing.

We would definitely stay here again, it was clean, breakfast was good. Hot tub was a little hot for me to sit in for more than 20 minutes, but it felt great! There's lots to do close by. The coffee ran out a couple of times, it was refilled but took a little while. The sign in our bathroom said we'd get light housekeeping but we did not, I had to get towels from the front desk. There was a $9 per day charge for parking that we were not told until I specifically asked, not a big deal, but would've been nice to know.

This place was repulsive. We checked out immediately, did not stay. They were out of hand soap in the room and when asked for more, they were out at the entire facility. No extra blankets for the pull out couch, which was broken so I guess it didn’t matter. The hallway to the room was vile. Smelled of BO and other inexplainable smells that made me want to vomit. You are not saving money by staying here. You are gaining hepatitis.
