Unfortunately I'm not able to review this property. For the last 2wks I've tried to rebook and modify my booking due to sickness with no success,chatbot and eventually apparently a half hr window to change my booking by a link and to pay more ( I didn't object to this as holiday season beginning), I'm a nurse working nights so was unfortunately sleeping so missed the email and the slot dissapeared. Tried to no avail to get a further response so room was left empty and I lost the money and wasn't unable to rebook. I won’t be using or recommending that property due to my experience, very disappointed in Trip com, 1st issue I've had, they need to simplify this process.

Great value, lots of room, everything as it should be! Would definitely stay again- bargain Lots to do and see

Don't book this apartment! No person you can contact if you over the check in time! You'll no place to go. They won't refund the money! They will say that it is the problem of the agent , and they are very irresponsible! The room also very small!

A great base for a weekend in Chester. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. The 2 bed apartment for 4 people was plenty big enough for our group.

the service apartment is clean. It is close to the city centre. The rooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen is nice. I am sure that I will book this hotel again and highly recommend to my friends.

Too noisy with the bar under the room.

Good location near the center and the train station. There is no way to keep the doors open. But in general very good

Room was clean, it was small but we didn’t spend much time in the room and we were told when we booked that we had a small double bedroom so we were expecting it. The shower was good. Only problems we faced was the heating being on full blast despite turning the temperature to 0 on the thermostat. As the room was small it was very hot and the fan didn’t make much difference. On our last night all the plug sockets stopped working so we couldn’t use the fan or kettle, and we weren’t able to charge our phones. As it was our last night we didn’t ring to complain and we checked out early the next morning.

We booked 2 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment via ********** for a weekend in Chester. The apartment is directly above a pub with live music however, you only find that out in the confirmation email after you have made a non refundable booking! Worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. It was so bad, we left after the first night and went home as we could not face another night in the filthy, smelly conditions. Don't be fooled by the photos - the apartment looks nothing like them. Similarly, don't believe some of the recent reviews with top ratings but no comments - there is no way they can be genuine. • The bathroom was disgusting, toilet seat stained and dirty, mould and grime around shower area - yuk :( • The sink was blocked and there was an appalling smell coming from it. The tiled floor was badly cracked. • One bedroom has no windows and was very stuffy. A fan is provided but it was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep with it on. • There is a kitchen but due to the standard of cleanliness, we were not comfortable to even make a coffee in it. • The couch in the living space was covered in dubious looking stains. Vomit? Again, yuk :( • The windows were filthy - looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. Take my advice, avoid this place like the plague.

Awful apartment, I knew it was above a pub but my god it kept us awake until 3am both nights , television didn’t work !! No signal at all , see photos , I would never stay here again even if it wax free !!

We weren't sent any check in information, so rang the property. They wanted ID to be emailed across before giving us the code for the door. Waited in the bar next door for 2 hours before any information was sent. The room was TINY, beyond tiny. Bedside lamps didn't work. Shower thermostat was stuck on boiling so didn't bother having a shower. Luckily we were only there one night.

We had to wait outside as a family for 30 minutes as the management company didn’t send any check in information until 3pm and were late sending it. Room was nothing like pictures and terribly dirty. Electrics hanging from roof and spiders!!

We got this on a deal so it was reduced slightly from £246 to £232.70 (two people in separate rooms for three nights), but even the full price would have been great value. Spacious, really comfortable beds, great range of TV channels, great location. Pretty much everything you could ask for. The only minor issue is that my mother's room got too warm at night. But in fairness, a fan was provided and she used this to help cool it down before going to bed.
