Gefallen: Sehr schöne geräumige Juniorsuite mit prima Wohnzimmer auf unterer und Schlafzimmer auf oberer Ebene, sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet, mit Bad oben und zusätzlicher 2. Toilette unten, Kaffee zum Frühstück frisch aus dem Kaffeeautomaten, hoteleigener kostenfreier Parkplatz. Nicht gefallen: Hotel „Strand“ ist nicht am Strand, der ist ca. 15min Fußweg entfernt, Rezeption kann keine vernünftige Auskunft über örtliche Parkregelungen geben, Räume sind sehr hellhörig – Fernseher des Nachbarn kann gut mitgehört werden, Frühstücksbuffet ist keineswegs „fabelhaft“ sondern geht so, warme Speisen sind eher kalt, Rührei und Würstchen sind eine Zumutung, Abluft in den innenliegenden Badezimmern unzureichend, nur Vorhang vor der Dusche, seltsames Toilettenpapier, langsames Internet, kein HDMI-Eingang am Fernseher zum Anschluss eigener Geräte.

Комната на 4 человек была очень маленькой, с трудом можно было пройти, за 3 дня ни разу номер не убрали, крошечная душевая кабина без полок. Завтрак нормальный, не очень вкусно. В ресторане столы стоят очень близко трудно между ними перемещаться, сам ресторан длинный и от шведского стола порой далеко. Спа вполне понравился, только джакузи было сломано. В ресторане еда не особо вкусная, а обслуживание хорошее.

Family of four visiting Parnu for the first time, excited to play and also relax. The beach is amazing, no doubt. But this hotel drained our energy with bad service. Our air conditioner was somewhat broken, either being fully broke or blowing hot air in already warm room of 27 degrees. We went 5 times to complain and ask for help. After the 3rd time we asked to change rooms which was not possible. The staff did nothing to try to help us. I really don’t want to spend my holidays speaking with the front desk so many times. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The room did not have any balconies. The room was not soundproof, we could everyone from the corridors and the next rooms. The breakfast buffet was really crowded. Hard to find seats and always a long line of people to pour water into their glasses. Overall, don’t recommend.

You need to be careful in the spa of the hotel because the trapdoors are open and I managed to fall very unluckily and break my toe. Unfortunately, the hotel staff was very unfriendly and there was no basic first aid in the form of a cold pack or ice. Informing the staff was of no use as the lid later repeatedly floated next to the pool. The hotel manager's "excuse/solution" for causing a broken bone - come and "swim" with us again next time you end up in Pärnu. Also, the room was booked for four people, but towels and bed linen were only for two people in the room, and two people had to ask for them separately from the reception.

Расположение хорошее, до пляжа пешком минут 10, номер был чистый , хороший вид на море. Спа небольшой так себе с натяжкой на троечку . На завтрак хороший выбор.Официанты не торопятся убирать посуду со столов , по просьбе и то с недовольным лицом. При регистрации заезда возникла проблема , кое как ее разрешили. Даже не извенились.

The hotel has potential but the service is really bad.. The staff seems annoyed and there is not welcome feeling. They don't clean the rooms without you putting the sign on the door, that room needs cleaning. We wanted to change the towels, so they took them from the floor but didn't bring new ones. The breakfast is ok, but service there is amateur. The waiting staff wait on the line to fill coffee beans/juice, so that people get only water from the machine.. The spa is nice.

We booked three nights and stayed one. Luckily the room wasn’t expensive. There were trousers of previous customer in our bed, poo on the spa and we didn’t get the room type we booked. There wasn’t anything spa related in the room (slippers, conditioner). The air-con was as loud as all the children in the pool area. You werent able to add pool drinks to your room number. I think if you want to have okay place on cheap price, this works.

Выбрали этот отель для отдыха с детьми. Подкупило наличие большой и яркой детской комнаты. На месте узнали, что ее посещение стоит 9€ за каждого ребенка. Плата неоправданно высокая, учитывая, что половина так называемых аттракционов сломаны. Администратор просто сидит в телефоне за стойкой, хотя могла бы хотя бы карандаши заточить. Все карандаши, предлагаемые детям для рисования, были тупыми или сломанными. Возле грифельной доски даже мела не оказалось. Ребенок задал вполне резонный вопрос: а как же я буду рисовать? Ужинали также в ресторане при отеле. Цены довольно высокие, еда, конечно, очень вкусная, но это не оправдывает часового ожидания главных блюд. Мы уже были не только голодными, а злыми и разочарованными. В ресторане детям предлагают порисовать. Карандаши тоже можно было бы и заточить. Номером и водным центром в целом остались довольны. Единственное, в номере могла бы быть питьевая вода. Больше всего разочаровал равнодушный ответ администратора, когда оставила ей свой отзыв: очень извиняемся.
