"Overall, I really liked the hotel. I had some minor complaints about the room, but these didn't affect the overall experience. The hotel is contactless. In the morning, you receive a code for the main door and the room via phone and email. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. The mattress is very soft, definitely not suitable for those who prefer firm mattresses. The floors are heated, and the shower is very warm and comfortable in winter. The breakfast is very good! The hotel is near the sea, opposite the water park. A good choice for those traveling to the sea. There is no refrigerator in the room, so keep this in mind. There are not enough robe hooks in the shower. The room has parquet flooring, so when you arrive in winter, all the snow and dirt from your shoes stays in the room, which is uncomfortable. I would have liked a mat at the entrance to the room."

"The hotel is a historical, gorgeous, well-maintained hotel. We had a large room with a roomy sunporch. The bedding was very soft and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The dining room is a lovely place to fine, as well. The location is wonderful - located in a park with both the beach and the little downtown a very short walk away."

"We were warmly welcomed at the front desk. A smile, nice conversation, informative… the hostess was great. Our room is adequate: a little tight but not bad. We got the window to the back parking, but it’s still quiet. There’s a nice lounge, well staffed and kind. It’s on the channel, so an evening walk along the marina is nice. We will definitely stay here again… next time we’re in Parnu."
