Hedon Spa & Hotel

Everything was just perfect! On this occasion, we had an absolutely extraordinary taste experience on a 3-course "taste journey". The server Anastasija was extremely professional and attentive. I have been to Hedon Spa many times before, but this time was really the most special. Success!

The room was very clean, beautiful. Bed was very comfort. The vacation was very relaxing (few children) and the most wonderful spa-vacation in Estonia we ever had. Also at restaurant Akord the dinner was very delicious, I recommend.

A wonderful seaside spa hotel. Everything starting from the welcome at the reception to the spa and dinner experience was amazing. My friends and I had a lovely and relaxing weekend. Highly recomment.

Online check-in was very convenient, we could walk to our room straight away with digital key. Superior room with balcony was really nice and the view the sea side was perfect. Breakfast was really good with some local specialties. Quiet Spa was definitely worth the experience.

Beautiful resort. We stayed at the old part, very quiet, didn't hear noises from the corridor neither next room. Comfortable big bed. Breakfast was super good! Spa was nice, a little small, but it seems that it is the purpose. Beautiful beach, good restaurants nearby.

Booked Hedon because of the Spa and EV charger on the way from Riga to Tallin for an overnight stay. We'll, the EV charger does not work for all brands, it is a Porsche charger, and Porsche has a priority. However, both available chargers were free, and we tried to charge our Jaguar. It did not work. So, after the spa experience, already around 22 in the darkness we had to drive to the nearest charging spot to get some juice after the long trip, just to be sure the car will start next day (it was February, cold at nights). No refund or discount for the inconvenience was provided on the same evening or the next day, I asked for it, so it's not very flexible and customer oriented service. The Silent spa is ok, but quite small. Not too crowded in February. Sauna outside and major pool are available for all customers, silent spa is extra cost, a bit overpriced, imo. The breakfast was very good, there was sparkling wine and even ice cream. Pleasant ambience. Oh, and booking directly, you get a complimentary full-size sparkling wine bottle on arrival. Nice touch. In one of the halls in the old part of the hotel, there is a coffee machine for free use and a couple of armchairs, but no creamer or milk, unfortunately. Overall OK experience, room was fine (old part, it was larger than expected, big bathroom) there are also beach bags for the summer to use, as it is a beach hotel, location is good. Attitude and inflexibility of the staff made me feel not very welcome, though. I was expecting more in terms of service from this establishment. The hotel was not full, no upgrades, no compensation for not working charger. You come and go, no-one really cares. I'm not sure I will stay here again.
