Estuvimos alojados en este hotel y estuvimos muy contentos. Nos tocó en el bajo por lo que el acceso era muy fácil. Tiene aparcamiento en la parte de atrás y está situado en una zona que te permite ir andando a ver Cangas. Es un hotel limpio, con personal muy amable y con un precio muy interesante.

El trato con las diferentes personas de recepción y cafetería ha sido excelente. Hotel acogedor, muy tranquilo, habitaciones muy ordenadas y limpias. Desayuno abundante y medidas anti covid perfectas. Volveremos!!!

A favor: ubicación excelente (al lado del puente romano) Precio asequible Por detrás hay sitio para aparcar (un poco más arriba de la calle si no encuentras en el hotel) En contra: Calor en la habitación (no lo entiendo estando en el lugar que está) Cama un poco dura (igual a alguno le gusta, pero no es mi caso) Mal insonorizado (se oye cuando llega alguien a una habitación o cuando se va) WiFi va lento

Atencion pesima y lamentable ,sin television en la habitacion y sin dar ninguna solucion a sustituirla por otra .muchisimo ruido en las habitaciones .si no tienen al director alli no te solucion ningun problema.hotel cero recomendable

We were negatively surprised. Unqualified staff to work in a 5 star hotel, disappointing experience. We have found in some staff operators a total lack of attitude and behavioral ways that are the basis of good hospitality. We are a little tired of this accentuated superficiality especially here in Marbella! Hotel not in line with European standards Not recommendable

Estuvimos 5 noches alojados en este hotel,esta bien situado,hay poco aparcamiento por la zona,pero al ser temporada baja no tuvimos problema. La habitacion bien,muy limpia y cama comoda,la unica pega es que se escucha bastante a los de habitaciones aledañas. El personal inmejorable,muy agradables y simpaticos,nos recomendaron sitios que ver,donde comer....lo que hizo nuestra visita muy agradable. En general muy contentos con la eleccion de este alojamiento.
