"I arrived at the hotel feeling stressed and tired and I am leaving feeling so relaxed and energised. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome and cared for. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, but they are unobtrusive and totally professional. Our room had a wonderful view of the mountains and was so peaceful. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, with a wonderful backdrop of the mountains, watching the swifts and swallows. Fitting in a massage was one of the best decisions I made during our stay - I was totally revitalised by the Himalayan Salt massage. Would highly recommend a wine and cheese tasting - we had ours with Abdul who was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the local produce. We learnt so much - a fun and perfect way to spend a couple of hours whilst enjoying the stunning scenery. Throughout our stay Abdul made us feel at home and anticipated our needs in a discreet and professional manner. Thank you Pue Bloastur for a wonderful stay."

"Total disappointment. We returned 10 years later and it was horrible. First of all, cleanliness is conspicuous by its absence, the bathrooms could be cleaner. I don't know if they charge a fortune for toilet paper since they put out rolls that are almost finished. Breakfast is another matter, which for four packaged buns, a few slices of bread and a bit of salami charges €6 is amazing. And now the worst, a transit hotel, and since you have the room near the elevator or the stairs, forget about sleeping after 6 in the morning. Among people who have very little education, and the doors should be oiled at least once every five years and the door brakes checked, as I said... insomnia for sure. So much so that we left a paid night without enjoying it and left early."
