I stay for two nights, every morning and late at night people talk loudly you can hear people talking from outside , very annoying special when you are sleeping.

It was unfortunate upon checking into my room that I found bugs in my room and the toilet constantly ran and didn’t work properly.
But on a positive side the staff were very friendly and professional.

It was very much OK. Old amenities and appliances, stained bathroom and carpet, very limited amounts of things like towels, toilet paper, pillows. Definite lack of modern upgrades like plugs and charging ports. We paid SO much for this room because it was near the Rose Parade - not worth it.

The pictures looked pretty good, but this location is sketchy and property is not in good condition. There was a homeless guy in the elevator claiming to be cleaning it...

Not not a place to stay. There was a lipstick stain on my pillow case. Woke up to roaches on the night stand, towels were stained, and the tv stations barely worked. Very disappointing
