The hotel is close to shopping and convenient for travel to the airport, wifi not the greatest at times. Got breakfast this time which will be the last not much of a choice with plenty of restaurants located nearby, easy to obtain food.

The location was great not far from SM mall. There are vary food and restaurants nearby. The staff were so professional, attentive and polite. The hotel security was so reliable. The bedding was so comfy.

The hotel is located extremely close to The Mall of Asia and other smaller plazas. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good, decent enough. The room was clean, and prefect for a 2-3 day trip. The highlight for me staying here were the staff and the location. About 3.5km from the airport and easy to use Grab.

All the staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. The location was in the heart of the city. From security, reception and housekeeping staff especially Ms. Junalyn if I'm not mistaken. Food and ambiance was great The bald guy who is at the Bell desk counter was really helpful. I will definitely be back for the 3rd time.
