"I'm completely satisfied during our stay here. The essential twin room that we stayed in is far larger compared to other competitors, the room also has more life in it. Staff were all helpful and greets you everytime, it gives you a sense that you are always welcome. Location is very strategic but you have to walk 300-500 meters to reach Runway Manila if you're staying because of a NAIA T3 flight (this is it's only downside compared to Belmont) but a plus is you're staying in Newport City and it has plenty to offer. The gym is also well equipped and it is located just adjacent to the hotel pool. Breakfast Buffet is excellent. The taho station is a nice Pinoy touch for anyone returning to the country when they've been away for years. Book this hotel if you want convenience and value for money."

"I get it, I booked a budget hotel and shouldn't really expect much. And I didn't. But was pleasantly surprised with how nice and courteous their staff were. From the security guards to the front desk clerks - they were all so pleasant and accommodating. Now for the ”bad” part: the check-in process was tedious! Granted it was New Year's eve and they probably were overbooked - but they really need to figure out a better system of booking. Tempers flared and voices raised! The Titas were not pleased! haha! Also, they could use some refurbishing: floor tiles literally taped (as in scotch taped!) on the floor! The desk in the room is wobbly and broken. My biggest beef though is this: I had my room cleaned thinking they would replenish the toiletries or at least keep the ones I partly used. Instead I returned to a room without toilet paper and they took out my used towel which was hanging on the rack (isn't it a universal rule that if you hang your towels, you intend to use it again?) so now, I'm left with just 1 (the extra) towel. I mean, why remove the toilet paper?! If they were not going to replace it with a fresh, new roll, at least leave whatever was left from the previous day! It really took them more time, energy and effort to remove what was there - which I barely touched, by the way. Just seemed odd! Also, the breakfast buffet, while quite affordable at P450 per person, is really not that exciting. You're better off going to the Jollibee next door or get one of those microwaveable meals from 7-11 (also at the ground floor). Checking out was quicker, except for the super long wait for elevators!"

"During my first stay at the hotel, the room was quite good it was located on the upper floor. There was a small space for my belongings to put in and a coffee table with chairs, but during my next stay and just recently my room was located on lower floor, the room seems to be getting small with no side tables and chairs where I can put my belongings or to have coffee or eat the food that I bought from outside the hotel. Hopefully on my next visit I could have a better room just like the first time I stayed at the hotel. And someone will assist me to locate the room so I'm not lost. For me, I recommend this hotel, it's accessible to all."

"We arrived at around 9 PM and experienced some confusion regarding our room assignment. We contacted the number provided and they responded promptly, but due to the weak signal in the area, we had to step outside to complete the call. The staff assisting us also appeared to have some communication issues, which resulted in us being transferred from one location to another. Nevertheless, the overall experience was pleasant, the place was beautiful, and it was worth the stay. I would still choose to return in the future. Just a small advice: bring a towel and blanket, even if they’re thin, because I didn’t like the smell of their towel, it seemed too old.”"

"I recently stayed at Belmont Manila Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially if you need quick access to the airport or the nearby malls and restaurants. Check-in was smooth, although I usually have to wait a little longer before being assisted. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities, even though some parts look a bit dated. The bed and overall setup made it easy to relax after a long day."

"Got this room last 11.11 sale, this is beyond expectations. Staffs are friendly even if there are so many people checking-in. Cons is that, I called the front desk twice for a hair blower but unfortunately, it didnt come. I hope simple things like that is readily accessible if needed. But overall experience is 10/10! "We had a nice and comfortable stay at Stone House Hotel. What we liked most is its location. It's very accessible to MRT , LRT, jeepneys and buses . We just walked from.the hotel to MRT Taft / LRT Edsa stations. About the hotel, we stayed in a Double standard room with shared bathroom ( meaning the bathroom is not inside out room ) , but the shared bathroom was complete with amenities such as soap and shampoo and hair dryer. Hot and cold showers are available All parts of the hotel are clean . Water dispenser was provided in the lobby of each floor level . You can take the stairs or elevator on going up and down There's also a restaurant with good food. As for the hotel staff, all of them were accommodating, friendly, courteous and helpful. You can check in early as long as there's available room with minimum pay like 400 Php.. We extended for 3 hours and we paid only Php 300. . The front desk officer booked grab taxi for us from.the hotel to the airport with Php 162.00 only as fare because it's not peak hours."

"the hostel is 3kms far away from the international airpot so if you're having a flight very early in the morning very late at night its location is very good; even more, the hostel has a private shuttle that can bring you there for a fair price. If you want privacy and confort I suggest to book a room with private WC and shower, those rooms are on the 2nd floor and are quite nice and good space, hot water very time. You can book your food from a restaurant that its near by, and they will bring it to your room, the food is nice and cheap. The manager oft he hotel its a lady, very nice and speak a very good English, if you have any request talk to her, she will do everything to solve it and make your stay confortable and safe. _thank you so much for your help! "

"Neely opened so the hotel is clean and new amenities. Yhis hotel will definitely improve once they fully opened. Had a great sleep and the suttle service to airport is fantastic. The driver was on time and I reached airport in 10mins."
