"The hotel is not bad overall. However, during check-in we asked about the massage service. The administrator told us to come back in two hours to make a reservation. When we returned, we were informed that there were no available slots and that we had to book online. However, there was no information about online booking for massages on the website. This service was very important to us, as we had a long flight and only an 8-hour stay."

"It's my first time to checked in with this hotel,but I got sad and frightened because when I checked the pillows on my room,I saw a blood on my pillow,it's really disgusting, so I call the front desk and tell him about the blood on the pillow.And he tells that he'll gonna ask the housekeeping to change it for me.This should be taking care of because in the first place,housekeeping can check it because they change pillows every room when they clean.They couldn't say that they didn't saw it,because the blood on the pillow was big,I think its a kind of laziness, because with their laziness, the hotel was seen things that would bear from the customers to go back again to their hotels.I think it was new,but why housekeeping don't do their job as good as to gove the people checking in feels comfortable and could would keep their minds that this hotel is capable to recommend to friends and relatives.I hope the management should take actions on this and be alert on their housekeeping because of their laziness,the hotels guests will get fewer and fewer.Thank you."

"I recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway near south of Manila. It’s near SM MOA, Ikea, Parqal, and other Manila Bay establishments. The room is small and does not have a view, but it is complete. The room has mini fridge, microwave oven, study desk, safety deposit box, hair dryer, bedroom slippers, and two (daily) free bottles of water. The toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothbrush, and body soap. We stayed for 3 nights, but the slippers were not changed and we had to request for towels (they quickly provided though). The highlight of our stay is the breakfast. They changed the food everyday, but I recommend that you try the pancakes and the noodle station."

The hotel is near SMX, which made it easy for me to travel to and from the convention. The room was clean and organized. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. The staff were polite and helpful whenever I had questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. The place felt safe and quiet, which helped me rest after long convention days. The food was okay and affordable. The hotel is also near malls and restaurants, which was very convenient. Overall, Hotel Sogo is a good choice if you are attending an event at SMX and want an affordable and accessible place to stay. I would recommend it for short or work-related stays."

"Great location near Terminal 3, less than 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. Perfect for a long layover or a short rest between flights. Rooms are very small but sufficient for a few hours or an overnight transit stay. There is air conditioning, 24-hour check-in, and the area feels safe. Cafés are within walking distance, which is very convenient. There is also a 4-hour stay option available, which is ideal for short transit stops. There is no complimentary bottled water in the room, but you can request it at the reception free of charge. Overall, a practical and convenient airport option."

"[The Good] Strategic Location: Perfect for a layover. Very close to the airport, which saved me a lot of time and stress. Cleanliness: The rooms are well-maintained and cleaner than I expected for a hostel. [The Bad] Cold Shower: Please note that there is no hot water. Be prepared for a cold shower. Bedding & Temperature Control: The room only has a fan, which was not a problem itself. However, they only provide a very thin sheet as a blanket. Even with just a fan, it felt quite cold at night, and the thin sheet wasn't enough to keep me warm. [Verdict] A solid, cost-effective choice for a short stay near the airport if you don't mind cold showers and bring an extra layer for sleep."
