Location was near to food center like jollibee. However you have to enter a small pavement to get through the accommodation. Good for overnight stay.

The hotel is very close to the airport
There are also supermarkets and some snack bars nearby, which is quite convenient.
I highly recommend a 2-3 day trip, not a week trip.

But with cleanliness in Asian countries, this is, as always, sad... Given that you just want clean bed linen, towels and something that doesn’t stink (sorry), that’s why the lowest rating is for cleanliness, or rather, for its absence. We had a room on the 3rd floor with shared facilities on the 2nd and 3rd floors. If you need water or cutlery, then on the ground floor there is all this, there is a cooler with cold and hot water, a small shop where you can buy coffee, drinks, snacks and other small things. For the rest, you can go to the main street, it is nearby, there are markets, supermarkets, and the Jolibee chain of affordable fast food. Didn't take a photo of the room

Quiet and familiar hotel, not far from terminal 3 of the airport.
It is on a quiet street with several cheap eating options nearby. It is run by a nice family.
The room has a smart TV with YouTube and other apps, air conditioning and no road noise. It has a nice terrace to relax a little from this overwhelming city.
The bad points are that the bathroom is excessively small and the bed mattress has all the springs, it was like sleeping in a bed with nails. Otherwise, all good
