Amazing
GGuest UserVery good experience - different from usual hotel with the designs ; not very crowded & noisy, clean. Bed firm with soft pillows
Only concerns : water from faucet will take minutes to become hot & room very cold difficult to control the aircon temp
GGuest UserLove Conrad's location next to MOA, love their fitness gym, dry and wet saunas and huge swimming pool. All the staff members were very friendly and professional making our stay wonderful. Also enjoyed the lunch buffet, delicious variety of foods, and great waiter service. Thank you Conrad hotel for providing exceptional services.

Great
GGuest UserMy second time staying - I enjoy the breakfast for its variety and quality, and the staff were very attentive. They were also kind enough to upgrade our room for no additional cost, to a Junior Suite which was spacious and had a jacuzzi attached. Definitely would recommend for the quality but also its proximity to NAIA airport.
AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay in this hotel , the breakfast has many cuisines, Japanese. Asia , Philippines, American
Selection , room is good, cleannesses well made,
Very near to airport terminal 3 by walking distance, easy to access to the expressway without any delay of traffic conditions.
JJoshua FernanWe had a fantastic overnight stay and were very satisfied overall. The dinner we ordered was delicious and worth the price. Our only important feedback was the check-in process. The requirement for a cash deposit was a hassle, especially as we were traveling with an 8-month-old and checking in late. We were so eager to get to our room and settle. Since online transfers weren't accepted, we found the payment options surprisingly limited for a hotel of this reputation. Despite this, all our needs were met, and we enjoyed our visit.
GGuest UserCheck in was easy. It was a little bit difficult to find if you are not familiar with the place. The host was very quick to respond to my questions. The place was clean and beautiful. They even have a bidet.
GGuest UserVery confusing booking. No address or hotel information.
No answer on cell phone number, only by text, and also through a local person trying to call.
The booking and handling process were very questionable. Not recommended for first-time visitors; it can be very stressful.
In the end, this was at the Belmont Hotel, where I've booked before, and this hotel is excellent and well-located.
Amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing.
More timely transparency would be very helpful.
SSarah1404Confusingly this is part of the Savoy hotel but I think these are the less expensive rooms. You can walk here from T3 which is handy. It was ok, basic, comfortable but the room smelled damp. We weren't in it for long as unfortunately wd had a nightmare booking this through Trip. Our flight was delayed so we booked last minute but the hotel could not find the booking. It wasn't resolved for 2 days and meanwhile I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours (exhausted) before accessing my room. I had to pay again for the room and wait for a refund. The queues at reception were very long and one staff member was abrupt and rude.
BBrett& JenniferOur stay at Plam Tree once again was just as we expected, great friendly staff and service. Unit in excellent condition and great location near the airport and shop's. Will be back again as we have many times before.
GgguttiThere is a shopping mall called Mall Asia nearby, and there are Japanese restaurants, Chinese restaurants, and Shabu Shabu restaurants on the first floor, so the infrastructure is good. There are many convenience facilities on the first floor, such as a convenience store, massage shop, and beauty salon. There are many options, and the rooms are large and the ceiling is high, so it doesn't feel stuffy. It's good value for money.
