Outstanding
GGuest UserOur stay was wonderful—we truly felt at home. The place is cozy and well-equipped, with a hot shower and a kitchen complete with utensils for preparing meals. The unit owner is very accommodating, making everything smooth and comfortable throughout our stay.
LL&PMy fiance and I really enjoyed our stay here, it was so peaceful. We love the filipino 1800s vintage look of the place. The receptionist, Kim, was lovely and very accommodating! We are looking forward to booking another stay this year! Definitely morethan 2 nights next time!
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful staycation! The place was very clean and comfortable. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The amenities are complete and everything is well organized. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. Will definitely book again! 😊
MmamechanOur flight delayed for 1.5hrs and we had to wait for our luggage for 1hr, so we arrived at the hotel around 2:30.
Despite this delay, the staff welcomed us with warm smile. It relieved our hearts!
The room was clean and spacious then so we could unpack our luggage comfortably.
It’s close to the airport crossing the Runway, but location was not easy to find.
Now that we understand where they are, we will definitely choose this hotel again if we transfer at Manila.
GGuest UserThe staff are so kind! I truly feel at home. It's super clean, especially Roy, who is so nice. I even tried to tip him, but he wouldn't take it! 🤣 The blankets and pillows are seriously clean! It's easy to book a Grab even though the place is tucked away. It's super comfortable. I've been staying for almost a month now and I don't want to move to another hotel. 5 stars for this hotel! 🫶
AAnonymous UserPerfect location if you are traveling and need a place to stay near the airport. The staff were very accommodating and able to help us locate the building. However, things to note for improvement;
(1) The grab driver dropped us at the wrong location. We had to navigate and find Favilia for about 10-15 minutes. (2) Security guards didn't have an idea either where the building was located and kept passing us to another person to ask.
(3) Favilia staff or agents should add landmarks or provide/communicate clear directions for a smooth check-in and navigation.
TTravel with VIf you're traveling on a tight budget, this hotel is a reasonable choice. It’s about a 10-15 mins walk from Terminal 2, which is convenient. Don’t expect five-star amenities or luxury standards, but it covers the essentials.
The customer service was friendly and helpful, definitely a highlight of the stay. However, I did notice several spiders and spider webs in the room, and the balcony sliding doors couldn’t be fully locked, which was a safety concern.
GGuest UserWe arrived at the location just past midnight. Initially, our driver had trouble finding it because he mentioned that there are many red doors near Pasay. However, when I informed him that it was located right beside a 7/11 store, he was able to locate it.
Upon our arrival, we knocked on the gate, and a young man asked for the name on the booking. I provided my name, and he helped us carry our luggage upstairs. After that, he handed us a registration book and then gave us our room key.
Once we entered the room, we found it to be nice and clean. It features air conditioning, a table, chairs, two sets of plates and cups, a sink, and a hot and cold shower. While the place is comfortable, it has an apartment-like feel, so I hope there's some soundproofing between the rooms.
Overall, I think the place is good, and it's conveniently located near Terminal 2, only taking about 13 to 14 minutes to get there.
If ever, we have another late night flights, I will book here again.
Thank you!
P.S - outside, there is 7/11 beside the building and sa harap meron mga nagtitinda ng sopas, and other budget meal po.

AAnonymous UserThe room is clean, especially the CR. It's usually the 1st area I check. The check-in staff was good, but her assistant failed to open/show me the aircon in the room. That was when I had my problems. I asked where the aircon is and how to connect to the wifi.
As seen in my picture, the aircon is behind the curtains. To let the aircon work properly, I have to open the curtains. It's a bad design. I have to choose between a cold room and my privacy. To make the room cold while sleeping, I kept the curtains open. Since it's roadside, expect noise 24/7.
And worse, THERE'S NO WIFI INSIDE THE ROOM. You have to go to the hallway. And during my stay at night, there's totally no internet at all, look at my 2nd picture.
