Great
GGuest UserThe location is convenient, with plenty of food options and a supermarket nearby. Aside from being a bit pricey and having a lot of Chinese guests, there's nothing else really wrong with it. However, I won't be coming back to Manila; they check your bag everywhere you go and don't allow you to bring water.
GGuest UserStaying in this cozy room accommodation was an unexpectedly delightful experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The space was thoughtfully arranged, with soft lighting, comfortable furnishings, and tasteful dรฉcor that created a relaxing ambiance without feeling cluttered.
The bed was one of the highlightsโplush, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The room was also well-maintained, with attention to detail evident in everything from the fresh linens to the subtle fragrance that added to the overall comfort.
Despite its compact size, the room was efficiently designed, offering all the essentials without sacrificing space. The amenities provided were practical and convenient, ensuring a hassle-free stay. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which made it perfect for rest and relaxation.
A nice added touch was the availability of card and board games, which made the stay even more enjoyable, especially during downtime. The internet connection was also reliable and fast, making it easy to stay connected or stream without any issues.
Overall, this cozy room is ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and charming place to stay. It strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and comfort, making it a great choice whether you're traveling for leisure or just need a quiet retreat.
KKrisAdventure_19This is a perfect โyou get what you pay forโ type of accommodation if youโre traveling to Manila. Iโve stayed at these condos twice now within the last couple of years and Iโve never had any real problems.
The good:
The location is excellent. It really canโt get much better. Thereโs quite a few restaurants right below the building on the first floor and down the road within walking distance. Youโre about 5-10 minutes away from terminal 3 of the airport (international terminal). Itโs also very easy to get picked up by ride share services because thereโs never any traffic on this street. Thereโs multiple guards around that stroll up and down the sidewalks so thereโs a bit more safe and secure feeling. Thereโs also a 24 hour convenient store below.
The not so good:
The rooms look a lot bigger online than in person especially the studio units. I also saw a roach in the bathroom during my most recent stay. If you see one roach thereโs most likely more within the building. Lastly theyโre washing machines in a lot of the units but the last 2 units we stayed in the washing machines werenโt working. If the washing machines arenโt going to work then they might as well take them out because the machines are just taking up space in an already small unit where space is limited.
All in all Iโll give this place 4 stars because you get what you pay for when you stay here and thatโs getting harder to find these days. Am I being a little generous? Probably, but for their fairly cheap nightly rates and excellent location you really canโt beat it. Especially if youโre on a vacation and just trying to budget a little
GGuest UserWe had a pleasant experience. Location close to MOA and airport. It was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and landmarks. Check in process was smooth and quick .The front desk staff were from Mindanao too. Overall its was a great stay for group travelers and big families.
RRara MomijiWe booked this place just an hour before check-in due to a delayed flight, and it worked out well logistically. The location is right across from NAIA Terminal 3โperfect for short layovers or early morning departures. The check-in process was smooth, with someone meeting us in the lobby and walking us to the unit. We ended up extending for another night after our flight got rescheduled to the next day, and the host was very responsive and accommodating of our needs (eg drinking water, hand wash)
The room looked clean and well-maintained at first glance. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom had hot water. Wi-Fi was also excellent throughout our stay. The unit comes with appliances like a fridge and microwave, though we didnโt use them.
However, the presence of small cockroaches in the bathroom (especially noticeable at night) was a downside. It detracted from an otherwise decent stay. Also worth noting: the property lacks a covered drop-off area. Since it was raining heavily, we had to request access to the basement so we wouldnโt get drenchedโa workaround that worked, but not ideal. Security in the property were very strict, almost didnโt let us through the basement.
Itโs quiet, accessible, and the service was commendable. But unless the pest issue is resolved, itโs hard to give this a full recommendation. If youโre only staying for the convenience of Terminal 3 and arenโt too bothered by insects, it does the job.
AANNAI was satisfied with my stay in these apartments: convenient location to the SM Asia shopping center, very clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay is available, also a guarded area, a wonderful swimming pool with recreation areas.
AAdz NikabulinLooking back at our time at the Airbnbโit wasnโt just about the place, but the memories we made under that roof. So grateful we had that space to relax and just be together. Definitely a stay for the record books!
GGuest UserSo nice to stay at the Shore staycation. Very simple and the amenities is really necessary in times of need. Near at MOA riding the jeep had some fun because there's no kind of that transportation in Japan.
GGuest UserThe Wi-Fi wasn't working, and despite asking for it to be fixed, nothing happened. I also saw cockroaches on the walls a couple of times. I arrived before check-in and asked if I could leave my bags at the front desk for two hours, but they said no. Otherwise, it's okay if you just need a place to wait for your flight.
GGuest UserThe location of the condominium is excellent within walking distance from the airport, but when booking you need to take into account that it is convenient to check in during the day. We had a late check-in and there were problems because it was difficult to contact the hostess. We checked in very late and were tired. The room was old, the bed linen, the air conditioning, the towels, everything was very old. The hotel was literally for one night. About the photographer
