GGuest UserOur stay at Lanson has been wonderful so far. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the room is clean and comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting Toni Sitchon, Director of Operations, during check-in—she was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the hotel being very busy, she kindly allowed us to extend our two additonal rooms for tonight, which we truly appreciate.
Breakfast has been enjoyable, and we would especially like to commend Lauren at breakfast. She was very friendly and checked on us during the meal, making us feel well taken care of.
Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and the excellent service we’ve received.

GGuest UserI enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.

JJoshua FernanWe had a fantastic overnight stay and were very satisfied overall. The dinner we ordered was delicious and worth the price. Our only important feedback was the check-in process. The requirement for a cash deposit was a hassle, especially as we were traveling with an 8-month-old and checking in late. We were so eager to get to our room and settle. Since online transfers weren't accepted, we found the payment options surprisingly limited for a hotel of this reputation. Despite this, all our needs were met, and we enjoyed our visit.

The hotel location is perfect. Price is reasonable. Offered luggage storage service and even let you use their umbrellas for free (just leave an ID or hotel key card)
The rooms were ok, with a queen and single bed. It even has a working table, mini ref, microwave and coffee/tea facilities. Bathroom amenities were provided.
The bathroom looks dated with unpolished corners.
They offer buffet breakfast and dinner at P450 per person, which is quite affordable.
But overall, this is a good hotel option in the area

SShenlan314Overall, it's pretty good, though the value for money is just average. I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but it wasn't as bad as I expected once I checked in. The breakfast was decent too.
**Facilities:** There are 6 elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. The hotel is highly automated with modern technology.
**Cleanliness:** Typical Philippines style – a moldy smell, poorly maintained, and the sheets looked dirty. (This is a common issue in many places here, so I'm not surprised).
**Environment:** Although it's close to the airport, there wasn't much noise in my room.
**Service:** The check-in process was inefficient. There were only two customers in front of me and two staff members, but I waited for almost 20 minutes (this aligns with what other reviews said). However, I wasn't asked for a deposit upon check-in, and check-out was quick – just handed in the card.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with stunning views of Manila Bay. I loved the infinity pool and the buffet breakfast was delicious! The location is also great, with easy access to SM Mall of Asia and other nearby attractions. Highly recommended! 😍

AArtAnnThis Hotel is so elegant compared to its affordable rate, the elegance of this hotel can be rated 4 stars although they do not have restaurants yet but they have the basic guests needs if needed. Breakfast is delicious though it is plated but the best feature here is their free airport shuttle which they provided when i need to pickup my husband from terminal 1 to the hotel, i will pick this hotel again everytime im gonna pick my husband on his next arrival
