Great
GGuest UserI feel so fortunate to have been upgraded to a beautiful and spacious suite. The room is incredibly comfortable and well-equipped—it even includes a full kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, and all the essentials for cooking. There’s also a convenient washing machine, which makes longer stays much easier. To top it off, the suite features two televisions—one in the bedroom and another in the living room—perfect for relaxing and unwinding in either space.
PPrincess PeaI book this hotel after landing in Manila and discovering the roads were flooded and I was stuck near the airport. Even with the last-minute booking, my check-in was fast and smooth. The second I walked into the room. I felt an ease wash over me. I am a pretty light packer, but there was still plenty of room for all of my things where I could easily live out of my suitcase or unpack, and really settle in if I chose. The room was absolutely perfect. The bed was a large, clean and comfy. The bathroom was large, clean and came with all the amenities anyone would need.
The hotel in general is absolutely beautiful. All types of food and drinks are served or delivered to your room 24/7. The hotel has their own bars and restaurants and a lovely lobby area where you can sit and work or just relax The only thing that comes close to being better then the aesthetic of the hotel is the customer service (it IS a Marriott after all).
The hotel has a lot of amenities to offer, including a pool, a spa and a gym (none of which I had the time to experience during my short stay). The buffet breakfast was really nice. It has local and international foods for all taste buds. (I highly recommend the guava jam.) the hotel is also connected to a casino and a mall. There are additional restaurants and stores outside of the hotel all in walking distance.
If you ever have the chance, I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott on purpose…It’s also a WONDERFUL place to be “stuck”.
WWanderLenIf u have a flight at Terminal 3 NAIA, this Hotel at Newport city is okay. Just simple observation; Service at check-in and check-out is bit disappointing, so slow process, it's bit busy but only 2-3 front desk attendants, to think it is weekend. I notice at express lane but no attendant standing there. Service at security and bellmans are okay but standing most service for me are the pool attendant, Mr Bert & Nil, so much knowledge on the hotel service and very attentive to all pool guests, kudos guys! Room attendants in our floor are friendly and giving smile to guests even we saw them tired are well appreciated.
To all other guest coming from other country to book this hotel, prepare Pesos for deposit coz they never accept other currencies in case u will use cash as deposit. Nwei, we'll be back again.
MMark0720🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Excellent Stay!
I had a great experience at Yamato Hostel Pasay. The place is spotless — 5 stars for cleanliness! The minimalist, Japanese-style design makes the rooms feel calm and cozy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Location is also convenient, close to the airport and major malls. Perfect for a short stay or layover. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserAn Exceptional Stay with Unbeatable Convenience
My recent stay at Citadines was nothing short of fantastic, and it has firmly become one of my top choices for Manila accommodation.
Prime, Unbeatable Location:
The hotel's location is its biggest asset. You are literally steps away from the best of Manila Bay Area malls, SM MOA, Parqal, and Ayala Malls are all within easy walking distance, offering endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The proximity to NAIA airport also makes arrivals and departures incredibly stress-free.
Outstanding Service & Thoughtful Amenities:
The staff deserves a special mention for their warm, attentive, and excellent service, they truly make you feel welcome. The room itself was a pleasant surprise, spacious, modern, and brilliantly designed. It wasn't just a place to sleep, it was a comfortable living space complete with a sofa and a long desk, perfect for both relaxing and getting some work done.
I was especially impressed by the thoughtful amenities that set this hotel apart:
* In-room microwave, a rare and hugely convenient feature.
* Refillable drinking water, eco-friendly and so practical.
* Complimentary parking, a significant value-add for those driving.
A Minor Note & Final Verdict
It's worth noting that the swimming pool was temporarily unavailable during our stay. While we would have loved to use it, it didn't detract from our overall excellent experience. In fact, it just gives us something to look forward to next time!
Without a doubt, I will be returning on my future visits to the Philippines. Citadines offers incredible value, superb comfort, and a perfect location. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserFirst stay here. Arrived around 12pm and met by Kierk. Received a warm welcome. Fortunately room was ready for me. Check in was a breeze. When I got into my room, my first impression was WOWWWWW! Big room with a sofa bed. Nice carpeted room with a big comfy bed and pillows. A set of soft and firm pillows. Big working desk and complete drink amenities. The shower needed some trial and error though. But I finally manage to adjust the hot water (there’s a safety knob). Strong and warm. Will definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserBooked for 3 nights , “Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it!”
GGuest Userthe hotel was very clean. we appreciate the availability of water dispenser and microwave oven, the food was affordable. the city view was breathtaking. they have multiple swimming pools. they have spa, salon, gym, ramen store and a Chinese restaurant nearby
GGuest UserPositive side: Clean and tidy.
Accessible, just a few minutes drive from the airport.
Welcoming staff.
Negative side: Wifi is not working so with the tv.
No slippers.
Breakfast is not included.
Foods are quite expensive.
Utensils especially the bowl for rice toppings have cracked.
Thank you!
GGuest UserI really love the place, cause it’s near all the place you need. There’s a lot of supermarkets and restaurants outside the building. By foot or tricycle you can reach the biggest mall of Asia the Mall of Asia Philippines. And the airports are near and the main city as well. Definitely going back here again. I can recommend it for everyone. We traveled with family. Small kids are allowed and it’s okay with small families or small friends groups.
