No late check in after midnight even though a special request was made during the booking.
During email conversation, I was asking for mobile number of the property to at least ralk to someone but none was given. I stayed 8am to 12noon only as no late check in after midnight. Bad experience+

It's hot in the room, it's not comfortable, I can't choose as in but it's really, really hot. The water was dirty, fortunately there was a filter that I fixed because the filter was broken. I know it's just a budget room, but the actual room is very far from the one in the picture.

I'm very disappointed...the room is very different in the picture...the room is very small and dirty... the pillow have bad smell. worst thing that we only stayed for an hour only and we decided to booked for another hotel because their are small cockroach crawling on bed, on the wall and on the small table... we booked Oct. 26-29, 2023 sad to say because we stayed only for an hour we didn't get our money back for the date ( oct 27-29, 2023) that we did not stayed

I don't have proof that their rooms are dirty, but as my wife and I witnessed, I am a couple of customers who complain to them because the rooms are small, the bathroom is dirty, the bed is said to be small and only one person. so don't book with them because they won't give *** a refund! like us who did not proceed without refund
