I stayed in room 621 for 5 nights from April 18th to 23rd. The location and facilities, the restaurants in the hotel were really clean and the staff's attitude and everything was impressive. However, the room cleanliness was very poor. The room was not cleaned properly and towels were provided. Toiletries were not properly provided, and I was very disappointed to see hair on the carpet in the room that had been there for 5 days. I regret giving 100 pesos to the person who cleaned the room every day for 5 days because I thought it was hard. I never want to stay there again. I don't want to recommend it to even my acquaintances. The manager in charge of the hotel. The entire image of the hotel can be ruined because of one cleaning employee like that. Please improve in the future.
