If needing a place in Ortigas area this is a great choice. Clean rooms good supplies and comfy beds. Good AC. Free water. Breakfast buffet with room is excellent and good service in the 2nd floor restaurant. Overall would stay again if in the area. Free parking a plus as well.
Note this is an older hotel and as such some of the doors are cracked in the bottom line to the bathroom in rm. 1903 and tubs are a bit high so be careful stepping in and out. Rubber mats will be helpful in preventing slips and falls. Service at the desk is excellent and outlets good as well. Thanks.

The staffs are ok with communicating and following hotel rules. But then, sometimes they should be considerate enough to hotel guests. I arrived earlier at around 7 am. And I am very tired and I checked with them if I can check in early so I can sleep already, considering that Ill be checking out early at around 2 am.
They did not let me in and asked me to wait at the lobby till 10 AM. They said that is the earliest they can let me in. I thought they will allow me to check in early since they already have avalable rooms and its a maundy thursday so they only have a few guests.
I dont have any complaints against these hotel rules but sometimes they have to think also of their guest's wellbeing..I guess it not too much to ask for an early check in if the hotel is not full.
So will I be booking this hotel again? I guess no...

Walking distance to megamall, convenient stores and famous fast food chains.
Although there is no barhrobe in our room as well as laundrybag.

I usually book my hotel accomodation whenever I attend occasions and conventions held at the Ortigas Center. This is because the rate is very reasonable, clean, with amenities and good service.

I have booked for a 4 nights and my stay was very pleasant. Although the bath tub have a stains and the environment seems quite old but still functional and usable. Location wise very convenient and accesible, near to the malls and eateries.
