"This is a budget friendly hotel very well located and convenient for transit, short stays or when working in Ortigas. Room was small so good enough for a solo traveler. The room had 1 bed, 1 TV, and 2 bedside desks and no other furniture. The place is eco friendly so those environment conscious travelers can support this business. They have water stations on each floor. There are no amenities aside from the spa which I didn'tavail. I didn't avail their breakfast either. Room was clean, air conditioned. The bed was really soft and the pillows comfortable enough to help sleep. The room had no windows and no natural light."

"Discovery Suites continues to impress with its amenities and hospitality. During my stay, I found the gym facilities and the breakfast selection to be outstanding. The service is where this hotel truly shines—the concierge and staff are consistently helpful and welcoming. However, there is room for improvement regarding housekeeping, specifically the cleanliness of the curtains in the room. With a bit more attention to detail in the rooms, this would be a perfect 5-star stay."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Red Planet Manila Ortigas. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What made my stay truly special was the staff from the information desk to the security guards and the cleaners, everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. "We typically booked a suite and this time, we want to try a studio stype here in Pasig. Overall we still had a great 1 night stay here in Privato, the check in and check out process is smooth and fast. There some features we did not have since it is a studio type. This is much suitable for Barkadas and who much want to just hangout. You might not gonna need a TV because you are chit chatting and scrolling your FB feeds. There still cable channels but its limited. You need to order on app or eat outside because the room is only suitable for good amount of cold drinks. Your kids gonna love the pool and adults might hate it 😉. But we have a good sleep as their bed soft and big for a queen.The RoofDeck is a good place for us to ease stress and to relax coz they have a couch and ash trays 😉 Thank you Privato 😉"

"The kindest hotel in Pasig City based on my experience. The front desk staff were very kind, and the way they spoke was gentle and polite. We also had a problem with the bathtub, so we called the front desk. The engineer arrived within 5 minutes and fixed it in another 5 minutes, even though it was around 11 PM. Their response was incredibly fast. I especially remember the FAB restaurant (for breakfast). A staff member named Mr. Zac was very kind, well-mannered, and spoke so gently. Actually not only him, but most of the staff were very kind and polite, showing that they had received special training. Considering the size of the hotel and the quality of the accommodation, the service we received was exceptional. The location is also very convenient, near Robinsons Mall and even connected to the hotel on the 3rd floor. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to visit again."

"The amenities of the place were fantastic. The pool and gym were really amazing. The hotel, being conveniently located at the heart of Ortigas Center, makes everything within walkable distance. The bed was comfortable and the room amenities were up to standard: aircon, TV, hairdryer, desk, chair, shower, etc. Unfortunately, there was one tiny cockroach."

"Although rooms with garage parking are actually available upon arrival, the online booking system shows that no parking is available. Because of this, guests are required to pay an additional parking fee when they get to the property. When you compute the total cost, it ends up being almost the same as the regular rate, making the online discount essentially meaningless. This was very disappointing, especially since the listing states that free parking is included as an amenity."

"I paid a deposit using my Mastercard at the front desk, but it still hasn't been refunded. When I checked out, they said it would take one to two weeks to process. It's already been a month! Anyway, I'll be back in Manila, Philippines soon."
