This is actually my second time staying at Hotel Dreamworld, but this has been my most amazing experience yet, as it's my first time staying at a hotel with a friend. The staff were very kind; for instance, when we realized there were no towels or a remote, they were delivered to our room within minutes. The same goes for the food we ordered – it arrived quickly. The food was delicious, and we were completely satisfied. The place was very clean, and the air conditioning was nice and cold, ensuring we had a great night's sleep. Plus, the Wi-Fi was strong. Anonymous UserGood location in Ortigas City. Hotel room is big and good for family gatherings, hence only 2 elevators are working and hallway is too hot while waiting for the elevator. Overall, this is a worth stay.

Asiong B.We just finished our 2nd staycation at Marco Polo to celebrate my birthday, and it was fantastic again.
The hotel is excellent and my family really enjoyed every moment. Special shoutout to Czaira at Reception — we remember her as an intern last year, and now she’s doing an amazing job. Also big kudos to Eric at Concierge. His positive energy and happy vibes have been consistent from last year right through to this year.
And thank you to The Continental Club team: Andre, Aila, Azi & Teddy for the birthday cake. That surprise made the celebration extra special.
Overall, the stay was great and all the staff were super welcoming. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The soundproofing is pretty bad, and for environmental reasons, there's no bottled water in the room, just a water dispenser, which always makes me feel a bit unsafe. It's quite noisy, the environment is just so-so, but the decor is decent.

Guest UserNo words. Pretty excellent. Now I know why Marriot Bonvoy is pretty much good. The only thing that stuck on my head was receptionist tho, she thought I didnt prepaid hahaha so almost got 2x price. But was no problem!
Bout food, ive been to 7 hotels in ortigas and i could say the best in ortigas!

We had a wonderful stay at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas! The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were in excellent condition. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also very convenient, with malls and restaurants nearby. It was a relaxing and enjoyable staycation for our family, and we truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Ortigas.

Ang bagal ng service ng food. Kahit order ng ice imaabot parin ng ilan oras. but yun room is okay. maganda and malinis. staff is also friendly too. lalo si kuya sa front desk na hinanapqn kami ng maayos na room.😊
