"Towels and linens need an upgrade, i think they are already overused, no longer original white in color but almost gray and with stains. first hotel i encountered without tissue in the bathroom đ
food ok, nothing extraordinary. staffs are friendly. jacuzzi makes up as an alternative for swimming pool. electric kettle would be nice with the complementary coffee. Instant coffee for me is better than lukewarm brewed coffee. having designated garage beside the room is a plus point."

had a good stay overall! the room and all amenities were clean, love that the gym is 24/7 too! service was great too where every staff member was observant, welcoming and polite, really appreciated that the housekeeping staff noticed i had asked for extra bottles of water beforehand and gave me extra without me having to request! visited for business so cannot comment on whether the location is good for leisure travels, but the nearest malls were about a 10min walk away. overall would definitely return.

Anonymous UserGood location in Ortigas City. Hotel room is big and good for family gatherings, hence only 2 elevators are working and hallway is too hot while waiting for the elevator. Overall, this is a worth stay.

The soundproofing is pretty bad, and for environmental reasons, there's no bottled water in the room, just a water dispenser, which always makes me feel a bit unsafe. It's quite noisy, the environment is just so-so, but the decor is decent.

Excellent receptionistâs service, when my Grab arrived earlier than expected and food hasnât been prepared (which is my fault, my friend suddenly asked me out so I had to changed it to âtake awayâ), restaurantsâ staff also was very friendly and offering a few options how would I like the meal in preparation to be served later when I got back. And when I finally got back, the staff is still there (even though itâs super late) and he sat me down, sent me water and prep my food nicely for me to take back to my room to enjoy. Itâs a nice experience considering i still remember the kindness after a month đ

The hotel has an excellent central location near malls and convenience stores.
Staff are nice, friendly, and attentive.
Bed is comfortable, aircon is cool, and showers have adequate pressure.
Cons:
For a new hotel, the furnishings, panels, and walls already show wear and tear. Some panels and tiles show signs of rushed work. Construction noises are loud and I was not given any prior notice about it.
The room door is annoyingly hard to open.
Elevators lack card detectors on both sides; layout is confusing.
Security people are nice, but they do too much frisking of my things and the entrance/exit layout is also confusing. The lobby is too small.
Amenities are lacking, only a gym is available for leisure activities.
Overall, average stay with lots of room for improvement.

Guest UserOur room wasnât ready when we arrived at check-in time. There were no towels provided, so we had to call the front desk to ask for them â and it took quite a while before they were delivered. On the second day at breakfast, we also found a small insect crawling on our bread. On a positive note, the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Ang bagal ng service ng food. Kahit order ng ice imaabot parin ng ilan oras. but yun room is okay. maganda and malinis. staff is also friendly too. lalo si kuya sa front desk na hinanapqn kami ng maayos na room.đ
