Wynwood Hotel was a good experience considering the price. The staff were very gentle, polite, and kind. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the location was great. The hotel is within walking distance to Podium, SM Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza, and Robinsons Galleria, which was very convenient. However, the amenities felt a bit limited for me, and the view from the room window was quite disappointing because the next building was very close. The breakfast was good. Before booking, I saw many reviews saying the breakfast was excellent, so my expectations were quite high. Although it did not exceed my expectations, I was not disappointed either. The Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable. The soundproofing was also good. Even though it was the Christmas season and the hotel seemed busy, it was very quiet inside the room. There are two elevators, but only one was operating during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during the holiday season. Another issue for me was the shower water temperature, as it kept changing from hot to cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Overall, considering the price, amenities, facilities, and room condition, I think the stay was worth the cost, and I was satisfied with my stay.

I like Citadines properties. This was good but not as good as others in Manila. Appreciated hot shower. TV offerings were limited compared to other Citadines properties The restaurant adjacent provided a good buffet. Two blocks away from Robinson’s for easy shopping or dining.

I enjoy staying this hotel, walking distance to SM megamall, Shangri-La shop, MRT and many fast food around it. And one thing most is having a seven eleven beside or within the Hotel. Love it!

The children especially like the pool on the roof, super happy, the service is very comfortable Special meals in the restaurant, children love it Finally, I ordered a round of snacks, there is a Christmas cake, it is delicious, and the chocolate cake is also delicious.

The moment I checked in, I realized the shower light was not working. They should have inspected each room before new guests' arrival to make sure everything is in order before assigning the rooms. Also the room I was given was next to the street where I could hear traffic and police and ambulance sirens very clearly. I specifically requested for a quiet room but they gave me one near the road side. I called the front desk about it but she didn't want to switch rooms for me even tho I noticed it on my 1st night of a multi night stay. She was it was because there was a fire that night (No, the traffic noise could be heard every day I was there) Other than that and the lack of gym/pool, this hotel was close to where I needed to be and there were 24 hour food places nearby so that makes up for it. I actually wanted to book another hotel nearby but saw the traffic noise complaints there in the reviews and decided to go with this one. Had I known both face similar issues, I would have gone with the cheaper option.

If you rely on public transport, the proximity to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station is a huge plus. It’s an ideal base for shopping, working, or accessing neighboring Ortigas Center. The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay. The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks. There’s a noticeable lack of luggage ramps or a dedicated doorman to assist upon arrival, which can be a hassle, especially on check-in day. * Evening Access: While the gated community setting is safe, the convenience gates nearest popular dining spots reportedly close around 10 PM. This means if you are out late, you might have a longer walk back through the main gate, which can be inconvenient. We had a wonderful stay at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas! The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were in excellent condition. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also very convenient, with malls and restaurants nearby. It was a relaxing and enjoyable staycation for our family, and we truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Ortigas.

We had a pleasant stay at Malayan Plaza. The staff were courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. Everyone was accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast buffet. While the service in the dining area was good, the buffet itself had limited options and could offer more variety and better quality. Enhancing the breakfast selection would make the overall guest experience even better. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back. Hopefully, the breakfast buffet will be improved in the future.

The place is clean and location is good. Food is great and affordable. However, the counter staff/front desk (upon our check-out) was unable to handle complaint effectively - frowning while doing the payment transaction. She didn’t bother to issue an official invoice or receipt after we made the payment as well.

Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.
