SSiongcoThe location is really good because it's close to Kapitolyo and PIA building, the cleanliness is also outstanding!
But the service is okay only because the receptionist at that time seemed to be too exhausted and did not care to give a smile. There were also no toiletries in the bathroom, mug/ cup, plate / spoon and fork, you need to request, but they're free.
The faucet in the sink was broken, there was no bidet, the head shower is also broken it's functioning but the water spills everywhere.
The TV was malfunctioning, I didn't get to watch any TV show. I felt like sadako would come out of the screen because of the screen!

NNatalieAng bagal ng service ng food. Kahit order ng ice imaabot parin ng ilan oras. but yun room is okay. maganda and malinis. staff is also friendly too. lalo si kuya sa front desk na hinanapqn kami ng maayos na room.😊
